Superb Manhattan! The deviled eggs were very flavorful, as well as the cauliflower with lentils and fried capers. My server Michelle was lovely, very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Uvae!

I discovered this place when I was on a date a few months ago. Since then, I have been back for the happy hour with my friend. The Cava is great but absolutely love the hush puppies w/bacon jam and pimento spread and the olives with lemon. Keep both, they are incredible. Thank you!

This was one of the best dining experiences in a long time. Emphasis on EXPERIENCE. Our server Darin, was knowledgeable about the menu and wine, adding to our night out. I booked the Fromagerie room for dinner for my 40th birthday party, and it was absolutely perfect. Everyone raved about the space, the food, the service, the ambiance. I knew it would be amazing, of course, but it was wonderful to see everyone else be blown away even those who are already Uvae regulars. The team at Uvae is the very best. Thank you thank you.

Uvae is one of my favorite restaurants in Chicago! They have absolutely wonderful wine classes and a wine selection with incredibly knowledgeable staff, and I have been a fan for years. My boyfriend and I stopped by to check out the place for the first time. The appetizer was great but the server failed to explain that the entree that we order was not for sharing it was actually very very small size of pasta. I was very disappointed, i paid $18 for that. The server was not even attentive at all, when it was time for a check i was not given a receipt he just read it from him handler. Im a server too but i know proper service.

I have been to Uvae 5 times and every time the food is amazing and the service is so friendly and timely. During Covid quarantine we ordered delivery and the scallops arrived perfectly cooked which is saying a lot if you know how easy it is to overcook them.I recommend all dishes but love the fried artichoke, scallops and heirloom tomato and peach salad.My boyfriend went on our 3rd date here, 4 years ago, and we are so happy that it is still thriving.Vegetarian options: So many options for vegetarians and pescatarians.

Absolutely, hands-down, (without a doubt! , *THE* best restaurant on the Clark corridor!! Chef Grey server RC are, in my opinion, indispensable to this truly under-rated restaurant... we found this place on accident, even living here 3+ years and we are AMAZED by their exquisite quality (the scallops are dry-packed! And the the prices are truly worth every single penny! ? We had the: chicken pate, the Manchego cheese, the duck rillettes, and the scallops (get it with the habenaro cream sauce- the secret sauce that goes great on everything here! and the lobster cakes (not overly- sweet either!
