"I have stayed at The Four Points Sheraton twice—first during this past Christmas and then again in January 2018. I was pleasantly surprised by Ventanas Restaurant! The grilled salmon steak I had, accompanied by mashed potatoes and steamed asparagus, was simply delicious and cooked to perfection. My Pinot Noir was also wonderful. The staff is incredibly friendly; Isabel and Miguel Angel are standout servers. With beaming smiles and genuine warmth, they took my order and made both my dinner and breakfast a delightful experience. Even when the kitchen was close to closing, they graciously welcomed my friend to join us for breakfast. As a former resident of Coral Gables for nearly 40 years, I feel fortunate to have discovered The Four Points Sheraton in Coral Gables—it's so new, cozy, quiet, and clean! It's the perfect place for my frequent travels from Manhattan (which is now my home). We ordered Cuban sandwiches and fries, which were delicious. Miguel provided excellent service, and we enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere after a busy day of traveling.

I have dined at this restaurant three times now and the food never fails to impress. I have tried the steaks and salmon appetizers, both of which were amazing. I decided to leave a review because my experience was so enjoyable. The food was delicious and I even had a great conversation with other diners.

This is an excellent restaurant with great service and friendly staff. It's located inside the Sheraton Hotel, and the food is delicious, offering a wide variety of dishes and drinks.
