"I really enjoyed the service and the food was fantastic! Although I'm not a fan of fast food and generally avoid burgers in favor of grilled chicken, I decided to try something different this time. I was pleasantly surprised by the burger, although it was a bit heavy on the mayo and ketchup for my taste; I ended up wiping some off with a napkin as it was oozing out the sides. Overall, it was delicious—the beef patty was a nice size, not greasy, and the bun was filled with fresh lettuce and tomato. Unlike many places that serve tiny patties, this one felt substantial. I’ve seen my grandsons devour burgers from other restaurants, so it’s no wonder they often eat two or three! Dave’s Single truly satisfied my hunger as an adult, and I’m sure my grandsons would love it too. I completed my survey and look forward to returning. It had been a while since my last visit; I usually go for the salad or grilled chicken, and let’s not forget the delicious Italian chicken. This was a wonderful surprise!"

Didn't get sick. Lol. But they skimmed on onion on a sandwich. Like put one piece or sliver. Food tasted a bit old, kinda funny at the end of the day. But we won't go back.

I could have rated this Wendy's in Benson, AZ lower because they seemed to be dealing with a staffing shortage. It was a long wait in the drive-thru. But the employee's cheerful attitude in this high pressure situation was commendable.

Tried new strawberry frosty , was pretty good! UPDATE- the Strawberry frosty apparently was for the summer only, however last I checked this time in August is summer. I 'll leave the 4 's only because the service here is usually very good!

This Wendy's was very clean, including the men's restroom. The service was quick, and the staff member at the counter assisted me with an issue I was experiencing with the Wendy's app. The food was hot and delicious. I had breakfast at the restaurant, and the food was quite good. I dined in the dining room, which turned out to be colder than I expected. I like to watch the news on TV, and shortly after 9, the place was mostly empty except for one delightful older gentleman. No, not me—someone older than I am!

I was billed $359 for two meals that I could have easily prepared myself in the lobby. When I brought up the issue, there was no effort to address my concerns, and the hostess made an inappropriate joke that I could hear from across the room, which was quite disappointing. On a positive note, the restaurant was very clean.

I'm really happy to see that the Wendy's dining room is open after traveling through several states where many places are still closed due to the pandemic. It feels like a lot of people aren't valuing the importance of working right now. The food was good, and my order was both complete and accurate. We were traveling through and stopped for a quick bite. There was 2 trucks ahead of us. 22 minutes later (and believe me that's a lot longer then it sounds when the temperature is over 100° we get our two sandwiches costing over $14. No drinks or fries just sandwiches. I guess everything is going sky-high. We didn't hold the poor performance of staff against them. Businesses everything are struggling for staff, never the less good staff. We won't be back and that's OK.

Quick service! I was able to remove items from my sandwich and choose other ingredients without any trouble. The staff were all smiling, and the woman at the drive-thru even checked in to see if everything was alright. I noticed the manager was interviewing potential new hires, which is a good indicator that people want to be part of the team! All the employees seemed happy and greeted us with smiles while we placed our order, making us feel very welcome. It's a lovely place to dine—very clean and enjoyable!
