"After 10 PM, the lines are long and the waiting times can be quite frustrating. Customers tend to be impatient, and the staff can feel overwhelmed. I found myself feeling a bit exasperated too. However, I had the chance to speak with Chen when I called about an issue I experienced. He not only resolved the problem quickly and fairly, but he also went above and beyond to make sure my experience was exceptional. As a regular customer at Wendy’s, I can honestly say that after this interaction with Chen (I hope I got the spelling right), I will only come to this particular Wendy’s from now on. Knowing that Chen is here makes all the difference; he expertly balances what’s best for the customer with what’s best for the company, showcasing skills usually seen only in someone with years of management experience. Wendys, you should definitely consider getting Chen into your office to share his insights.
