Whataburger - Menu

Not great. I ordered a Whataburger number one along with a strawberry shake. The shake was delicious, as always—nice and thick! However, the burger was disappointing. There was too much mustard, tomatoes, and lettuce, but not enough onions or pickles.

What happened to this location? I just waited 20 minutes in the drive thru with only 2 other cars. Insane. It seems like I have to yell for them to understand me. Faulty equipment? I just got handed the flattest soda of all time. In the wrong size to boot.

It took them 30 minutes for them to make us our food. The back was full of workers on their phones and laughing and joking around. We heard multiple complaints that other peoples orders were wrong. We will not be coming back here ever again and hope you don't spend your money on this. View menu

this place is fantastic, and they always have a great service. I've been here a few times and it's always busy and even if they're short employees, I always get big customer service. lemonia, one of the superiors, was great and always a pleasure. my way is the jalapeño and cheese and it's great, she's always right!

We visit this location pretty often, but it seems like they always forget something from our order. The other day, I ordered the chicken strip meal with two gravies, and before I left, I checked and found there was no gravy included. I went inside to ask for my gravies, but what they gave me looked more like water than gravy. I'm really disappointed with this location. They need to significantly improve their service.

I recently ordered a meal from here and while everything was good, the service left a lot to be desired. I pulled up to the window and waited for 13 minutes without anyone acknowledging my presence. I noticed the woman at the register seemed to be having some issues, but it would have been helpful if she had just communicated that she would be with me shortly. Whataburger has always been reliable with good food. Until you order something on the menu that they must not sell allot of. Ordered an apple pie with my dinner. A usually mild wait now takes over 20-minutes. To cook an apple pie!?!?! But one of thebest parts was requesting spicy ketchup and getting none. No napkins either. And the kicker was grabbing a couple fries to eatand having a long blond hair attached to them. Gross ???? !!! Took the whole order back since I'm not taking any chances. Got afull refund. The shift manager was non apologetic and more concerned with going home. Now that she has to take care of adisgruntled customer. That's ok because there are plenty of other burger joint...

Let’s see if it takes less time through the very busy Chick Fil A drive thru (pictured) compared to the 20 minutes of wasted time Whataburger caused me.After checking in on the app, I waited at the Whataburger curbside pickup space for 10 minutes before I tried calling the restaurant. No answer. At 15 minutes, I called customer service for a refund since I was at this point very irritated and so over eating Whataburger, so that took another 5 minutes.The whole time I was waiting, I saw an employee running orders out to drive thru people, so it shouldn’t have been hard to notice a car clearly waiting for curbside pickup.So it took Chick Fil A 17 minutes with probably 20 cars ahead of me. I can never eat anything I get, but my best do because they have quite great food! therefore wasaburger! her banane pudding shake in the summer was so good, I could only have that every day and survive. they could taste the vanilla wafer cookie or Graham cracker crust for premium pudding, think they and it were the top 5 shakes I had ever lived in my life. the other four I did. intermittent, fries, a great variety throughout the day and speciality seasonal shakes, perfect. there is a problem with additional pickles, please? and without ending several times. also, better ask for straw, spoons and serviettes because, well, it is the law of fast food to rock these of...
