"The person that took our order did not greet us. I said hi to him in order for him to acknowledge us. Seems he needs more training in taking orders. He kept saying, anything else?, anything else? He wasn 't very friendly either. Needs bettertraining. There was another gentleman looked like a manager of some sort, now he was a breath of fresh air compared to ourserver. He was friendly, greeted his customer, he suggested items. Night and day. Management needs to take note, your customersare observing what your employees are doing and not doing. I hope that doesn 't reflect on Management? Our food was nice and hotbut my burger looked all smashed. Patties have gotten super thin!"

They don't have anyone working inside. Can never get any help. Always a cook has to come from the back even when picking up an order I placed online. And then it's cold by the time someone does show up. I guess they can't spare any man power to work the register.

I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. It was inconvenient that offers had to be processed online, as I prefer to pay in person. I don't feel comfortable entering my credit card information online. Additionally, the French fries were tough and lacked flavor. View menu

Came in and was instantly greeted by David working the front. Took my order fast and the food came out relatively fast as well. After I finished eating, David took the time to throw my trash out which is something I have never experienced in a fast food restaurant. Definitely enjoyed myself here as i come here from time to time

I came in around 2:30ish after getting out of work, I went inside to order, took a few min for someone to take my order, the bar crowd was definitely starting to take over the drive thru, so I know it was busy. I saw a girl in the back handling burger buns out of the toaster and putting patties and cheese on them with her bare hands which is gross, when I got my food and got back to my car the fries were half warm which makes me think they are cooking large amounts and letting them sit there.
