"Our second time here, and we are very satisfied and pleased with this casual, cozy eatery. Interesting and tasty appetizers--we had the fish tacos and the grilled brussel sprouts, with the brussel sprouts being particularly good. The salmon was prepared to perfection, with a crisp top and rare (per our request) inside. The cracked pepper gourmet burger was fantastic--cooked perfectly. Everything was attractive and more than ample. Service was friendly, attentive and helpful. We look forward to our next visit."

lachs was very unnoticed. curry was a bowl of rice with a chip of sweet. nothing like before. brussel sprouts and calamari still good.

make their own toast was literally that they had to make their toast they had not only to select the ingredients. the waitress never filled our water and service was awfully slow, although it was 6:30 and the place was empty. we had great hopes, but disappointed. View menu

We had a fabulous dinner at Pepper. Warm and inviting atmosphere that could easily transition from special event or date night, to a casual spot to grab a bite with pals. The food was delicious and met our needs (two vegetarians and two carnivores) perfectly. Bravo!

Second dinner here since it reopened as Pepper. Second excellent dining experience. Pepper has now edged into our top five favorite restaurants in Boulder, which is saying a lot. The service was friendly and flawless. The food, all around, was delicious. And we love the ambience. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful evening with unique cocktails at this restaurant. The ambiance was lovely. However, as vegetarians, we found the main course options to be very limited on New Year's Eve. The dish we ordered was just okay and a bit bland. We felt that it did not justify the fixed price for the meal. View menu

the apps and cocktails were the best. recommend calamari, mush and b-sprouts, along with a monk-in-a-mashpit. entrées were very good, but they had a fairly limited selection and do not seem to change the menu very often. pepper is part of a very creative and successful restaurant group and I am surprised that they have no larger choice. but it's worth a trip. quieter place for a special meal with attentive waiting staff and reasonable trips.

we first dined as a party of 8 and had a great meal and an excellent service. we sat down in the section “Pearl Dive”, which I did not love, but it was good for a big group. I really loved the miso cod and friends really enjoyed the scallops. the brussel sprouts and cauliflower starters were very delicious. our waitress rachel has done an excellent work and other server helped her to ensure that we get everything in time. highly recommended!
