"My wife and I have been visiting this restaurant more often lately. There have been some instances where our service was quite poor, but when we have the pleasure of being served by Sierra, it's always a fantastic experience. She truly enhances our visits and makes us eager to return. We've also encountered a few other impressive staff members, with just one disappointing experience. If you go, be sure to ask for Sierra—she will definitely make you want to come back!"

The staff could improve their customer service, as they seem too focused on playing the claw machine instead.

The prices are high; our last order for three people came to over $100, but the wings are definitely worth it!

The restaurant serves mouthwatering American cuisine, especially known for its burgers. It's not a fast-food joint, and it tends to get quite crowded during lunch.

Fantastic wings and excellent service! However, the beer was only somewhat cold, and I ordered three. They should definitely chill their mugs better. Aside from that, it’s a great spot, and I’ll definitely return—just not for the beer. View menu

The food is good, but the service could definitely improve. It's quite uncommon to have an attentive waitress there. You often find yourself searching for someone to assist you. Once you do manage to get their attention, be sure to ask for everything you need, as you might not see them again for a while.

I can't comment much on the prices since everything these days is quite expensive. However, the cactus sauce wings were fantastic—just the right balance of heat and sweetness. The onion ring sauce was also delicious. The menu is extensive, offering plenty of choices for groups. Definitely worth checking out!

While traveling from Dallas to El Paso, I made a spontaneous stop at this restaurant, and I'm really glad I did. My server was outstanding—super attentive and friendly. The wings were incredibly tasty, and given the price, I felt I received an excellent value for my meal. In fact, I couldn't even finish it! Thank you! View menu

The food was delicious! There’s a great variety on the menu and the presentation was excellent. Alcohol is served in small glass cups. The staff were friendly and everyone in my group enjoyed their meals. You can sample the sauces before making your selection. Please note that there’s a non-cash fee if you use a card, and you’ll be charged 99 cents for water.

The food and service at this restaurant are exceptional! The owner came by to check on us multiple times, which was truly above and beyond. We celebrated our teenage daughter's birthday here during our first visit, and we were extremely pleased with the entire experience. The flavors of the chicken are simply incredible! We will definitely be returning, and I highly recommend this restaurant!

"1. This place is busy! The parking lot starts filling up even before they open at 11 am. 2. They excel in service. You'll never go thirsty or be in need of anything, thanks to the attentive staff who frequently check on you. 3. The portion sizes are just right to generous, which is always a plus. 4. As for the BBQ, it seems designed to cater to a wide range of tastes. The brisket didn’t have much of a smoke ring and was a bit dry, while the jalapeño sausage lacked smoke flavor but was still quite tasty. It would have been amazing with a stronger smokey profile. 5. They have a condiment called "The Crack," which seems to be a cream cheese base with various seasonings and possibly jalapeños. I personally wasn’t a fan, as I felt it overshadowed the flavors of the food. However, I noticed many others loved it and couldn’t get enough of it. 6. The fried hamburger was a delightful surprise—cooked perfectly and fun to eat. The staff will ask if you want all the fixings, and if you say yes, you’ll receive a generous amount of lettuce, tomatoes, and onions to create a side salad, along with a mountain of French fries. By the way, their coleslaw is exceptional too! 7. The little custard dessert at the end caught me off guard. I didn’t expect it, but it was a fantastic palate cleanser before leaving. If you haven’t been yet, I highly recommend checking it out. The experience is as significant as the food itself, making it a solid 5-star outing. However, due to the BBQ not quite hitting the mark for me, I’d give it a 4. I’ll definitely return! Just a heads up: the parking lot fills up fast during lunch."
