"The service was friendly overall, but I found the prices to be quite high for what I received. I genuinely want to give them a higher rating, but I just can’t. They definitely seem to be putting in the effort, and perhaps there are better options on the menu than the standard sweet and sour chicken. Unfortunately, I can't share any photos right now because my phone storage is full, but I’ll try to upload them once I free up some space!"

Fantastic Chinese cuisine! It's among the best I've experienced in this style, if not better! I truly appreciated the freshness of the dishes.

We love the Wok and Roll! It is our go-to lunch or supper stop on our trips out West. Plus, it’s conveniently located to the Tesla Superchargers!

I would've never expected big timber to have a good Chinese place, but this place has been excellent every time. Consistent food, good service, and affordable prices. Great job guys!

Not edible!! The main dishes had a burnt flavor, similar to burnt popcorn. They even had a burnt smell. I can't believe the reviews for this place. It was absolutely terrible, terrible, terrible!

I regret to say that the food was extremely disappointing. The broccoli beef was tough, and the sauce was quite thin. The soup was greasy and utterly unappetizing. Perhaps it was just an off day, but I had higher expectations. On a positive note, the rice was good. View menu

We ordered takeout from this place and tried the Pork and Chicken Drunken Noodles, Pork Fried Rice, and Pot Stickers. The food was absolutely delicious! The portions were generous, and the prices were quite reasonable. I definitely plan on getting more takeout from here. Big Timber has truly found a gem in Wok and Roll. I'm a fan!

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The customer service was excellent and the food was delicious. While driving on the freeway, we were desperately searching for a place to eat, and we were lucky to have chosen this spot. It may look like a small hole-in-the-wall, but the people are fantastic! We ordered the dinner for four, and it provided more than enough food for us!

"I 've stayed at the Grand on three occasions under the previous management. I used to rave about it to anyone who would listen. That was then, this is now. I arrived July 3rd with a reservation. No one was there. Just a note on the front door stating that they were closed the 2nd, 3rd and 4th of July. NO NOTICE whatsoever for guests with reservations. Just that they were closed. I was dumbfounded. My first thought was that I needed to find alternate lodging quickly. I called another motel and very nearly booked a room. A passerby suggested that I ask the owner of the shop next door. So I did, and SHE suggested I try the back door. Of course, the back door why didn 't I think of that? There was a note, in blurry ink, with a phone number to call. The young woman gave me a code for the door and the key box inside, suggesting that she had sent me texts and e mail about this arrangement. I 'd received no such text or e mail. I 'm certain if I had booked another room after being turned away AT THE FRONT DOOR by their notice, I would have been charged for the night. Wait, it gets better. Once I had brought my luggage up to my room, I changed clothes and decided to walk around town. I pulled on the doorknob, AND IT CAME OUT OF THE DOOR. The outer knob, with the bolt attached, nearly fell out into the hallway. I was essentially imprisoned in my room. I could not grab the bolt, which had slipped inside the doorknob hole, with my fingers. And NO STAFF on hand to assist me. Luckily, I carry a multitool, and with the pliers, (which would just fit I carefully pried the bolt back into the room and was able to escape. Other issues the bedside 2 bulb lamp had one bulb...and it was burned out. There appeared to be no clock available in the room (and no staff on hand to give me a wakeup call until I found it stashed in a drawer the next day. Electrical cords were plugged into a multi outlet extension cord (is that to code? I spent the rest of my stay with their amenities card slipped between the door and the latch, to prevent being imprisoned again. This used to truly be a Grand hotel, but this new management has made it a comically stereotypical backwater bidness ... will they be open when you arrive? Or will there be a gone fishin ' sign on the door? try your luck. I 'll just end this by noting that I stayed at a competently managed hotel the next night (the actual 4th of July that I entered by the FRONT door, and LAND A GOSHEN, there was an actual concierge on duty to greet me! Stay here if you choose, but be damned sure you can get out of your room when you want to."
