"We arrived at our reserved time and waited at the entrance for 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging us. Several waiters noticed us but acted as if we were invisible, even passing by us multiple times. Throughout our meal, we felt unwelcome. After dining, considering the service we received, we left a $20 tip (about 10%), which the waitress remarked was insufficient and indicated that we should tip at least 18%. I understand that such expectations are becoming more common, but this wasn’t indicated on the menu or mentioned beforehand. Frankly, we believe a lower tip is warranted when the service is poor. On the bright side, the food was outstanding. I sincerely hope they can improve their service in the future."

Great quality beef in a tasty marinade . Delicious salad with light flavorful dressing, spicy rice soup and excellent service. Fun to grill

Food was great but this restaurant should hire more employees. They were nice but too busy to manage every table. So I feel this restaurant is overpriced. View menu

The food quality was exceptional, and what stood out the most was the outstanding service from the staff! It's truly a taste of authentic Japanese Yakiniku right here in the US!

I believe the level of quietness varies depending on the day, but during our visit, the interior was quite peaceful, creating a lovely ambiance. The quality of the food was excellent and very satisfying.

Everything was delicious. Not the best at walking us through the menu or the cooking process but it was not too difficult to figure both out and we were impressed with the delicacy of the seasoning and sauces. View menu

The ambiance and food were fantastic! We opted for the à la carte menu this time, but we’d love to try the set menu on our next visit. The quality of the meat was excellent, especially the diamond cut kalbi and pork belly, which were outstanding. The service was good as well, though not overly attentive.

"We went to Bread N Wine on a early Saturday afternoon for brunch. We were greeted and seated by the servers who were attentive. The food was okay the bread was really soft and fresh. My partner got the French Lentil Soup, Spinach and Tomato Egg Bake andI got the French onion soup, egg omelette with spicy tomato avocado and onions. I wasn 't happy with my omelette because thespicy just meant it was covered in hot sauce within. For beverages, we got chai lattes (we later found out it wasn 't tea basedbut rather coffee) and we had the option of oat milk, almond milk or regular milk. In terms of our overall experience we feltby the end too many things were steering the experience south; the worst was when we were accused of using counterfeit money topay for the tip. There was no special marker used to prove that the money was counterfeit or technology to back up this claim. That experience alone left a bad taste in our mouth as we left embarrassed by that claim, kind of shook from that, we stilladded the tip to our credit card 18%. As we walked out and talked about how weird that was, the owner of the business nextdoor overheard us and asked to see the $20 bill he showed us that our money was real and validated what we knew, that themoney wasn 't counterfeit. When we went back into Bread N Wine to discuss this there was no apology, just well, it felt thatway , shrug. It left a terrible feeling. We would not go back after that, this is not how you treat customers from start tofinish, hence the 2 star review."
