"This is so far the worst customer service I have seen in a restaurant or fast food in NJ.After delaying our food because of their mistake for thirty minutes, we had to ask them twice what happened , almost every customer came and left, turned out we weren't in the system. They finally found our food order, after ten minutes we got our food . But a moment after we sat down, someone asked us to leave, because they need to clean, it was 7:45 -50. (Store clothes at 8) . Then we said where we can sit? then he said outside. We went outside, sit down, thirty seconds later someone came and said you can't sit, we close at eight . And it wasn't even eight yet.We had a kid with us for ducks sake. Then we explained what has happenex , she said she doesn't care and a guy, came back said he is the manager, a guy in his thirty, dark hair, and with uniform, and told us if we don't leave, he will do this and that. I mean we are talking about a few minutes just to finish our food. He stayed for five minutes to explain/shout on us while we could have finished our sandwich by then.The whole situation was murky and felt like the store folks presumed something about us, like racially or ethnically. And we needed only one table and we normally clean after ourselves. I mean seriously?WORST customer service ever,Never will come back unless PB corproate responds to this unacceptable behaviour."

"I felt compelled to write a review given the trend in negative reviews recently. First, to the individual who is fired up about a rainbow flag...having a symbol at a business to show support for a group doesn 't in any way infer a lack of support for others. Certain individuals have historically been more marginalized and discriminated against than others. A business letting those individuals know (whether employees or patrons) that they are welcome does not imply that others are not. I think it 's a lovely gesture.Second, there 's a reason I avoid drive-throughs at most businesses. Whether at Caribou, McDonald 's or Panera, the wait times are almost always longer than if I just go in and order. The number of cars isn 't always indicative of wait times because some of them might be placing large orders. I can 't speak for people 's issues with wrong orders, but if you 're in a hurry, go inside or preorder!Lastly, I 'll move on to my personal experience. I chose to dine in, and I ordered my own food at a self service kiosk, which was pretty user friendly (even using a gift card). A couple of other patrons were ordering at kiosks and there was a lovely young man working at the bakery counter that took the time to address us, thanking us for coming in and offering his assistance if there were any questions. I ordered a pepperoni sausage flatbread pizza. It was ready relatively quickly and was fresh from the oven. It was my first time ordering this item and I was pleasantly surprised. Pizza is one of their newer menu offerings and I feel like quality sometimes lacks when restaurants expand their menu beyond their niche. However, the sauce and spices were quite good, the crust was perfectly cooked and I enjoyed the sausage crumbles. During the time I was in the restaurant, I noted the morale of employees there. I 'd say it was definitely above average. Mostly teens and young adults, everyone seemed like they enjoyed their coworkers and their job. Friendly chit-chat between each other but while being attentive to their duties and customers. There was also someone working that I assume would be a shift lead/supervisor, that was thanking coworkers and telling them good job today . It really was all-together lovely and refreshing to witness the interactions.Anyway, I almost didn 't eat at this specific Panera based on recent reviews and other options in the area. Glad I did and I 'm happy to share that my experience exceeded expectations!"
