"This place just doesn?t care and is so unsanitary. I go here for my lunch break here and there and I can tell the drink fountains have not been cleaned in weeks. The same old food is still stuck to it as it was a week ago. I ordered my food to bepicked up at a certain time. I picked it up only for my mac and cheese to be cold and extremely soupy as well as half wayfilled. (Pictured below) It obviously has been sitting there for 10 plus minutes. Maybe these employees need to go back toelementary school to learn how to read again because the requested time is right on the ticket."

This Panera is the worst I’ve ever visited. Terrible service and really slow.

My Experience at Panera Bread was a little bit different this time around with the fact that there were a lot more people than normal dinning out which is a good thing, other than that, the Service was Excellent once I figured out how to navigate the kiosk ordering screen, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the manager was on top of things ! And The Sandwich

We eat at Panera a lot and love it. Typically don't leave reviews everytime, but today was our first time at this particular Panera. The service was EXCELLENT. We used the convenient kiosk and food was brought to our table. Little mix up with my 6yo daughter's meal and they remedied it right away without any issue. Staff was circulating to see needs and even took our trays for us at the end to clean up. We were very impressed with the friendly and accommodating service. View menu

The girl who ended up checking us out had an ear pod in her ear. The sweet girl who was in the register had to ask for her help 4 times before she heard her. When she finally came to the register to take our order she never gave us our cups for drinks we had to reach and get them our selves. She never gave us a beeper so we didn’t know our food was waiting for us. There were 3 of us, we ordered 3 sandwiches but only got 2 plates??? We had to share plates. Below are pictures of the minuscule amount of egg on our sandwiches.

For a place I would say is higher end compared to a fast food establishment Panera at Broadcasting screws up on a regular basis. My wife loves the food but I would say 75% of the time they forget things in her order. Usually they forget the French baguetteor if they are out, they substitute with no notification. We just got bagels delivered at work and they forgot to send creamcheese. One thing I don?t understand is on the receipt there is a spot that says order checked by but no one ever signs off onit. Maybe they should start using that so they have better service.

"Although the food and our server were excellent my overall first impression of Mimmo’s is just okay. My mother in law wanted to come here for Mother’s Day so I went ahead and made a reservation. They didn’t advertise a limited menu for Mother’s Day so we were upset they didn’t have anything we actually wanted to order. We wanted the crab and artichoke dip to start and it wasn’t on the menu. We wanted the Chicken Toscana, my teenage nephew and niece had a hard time picking out meals because we also came to order pizzas which were not offered! My mother in law ordered the stuffed shrimp scampi and she said it came out cold after it took a long time for our food to come out. By the time her food was remade our table was done eating and she was the one we were celebrating!! Our reservation was at 2:30p and when we arrived no one was in the foyer to greet us. From there the server was great but the food service was slow. I understand it was Mother’s Day and expected to be busy but we waited so long for a limited pasta menu just to have one of our meals come out cold. At 2:30p it seemed like a Friday night would be more chaotic as it didnt seem too chaotic in the afternoon, just filled with people all waiting for food. It seemed as though they were ill prepared for Mother’s Day. I’m disappointed there wasn’t a manager that came around to greet tables. I’m also upset they didnt comp my MILs meal since she did t get to enjoy. I thought the food was good once it finally came out but I would just rather go to like a chain restaurant such as Texas Roadhouse or even Buca di Beppo they know how to pump out the food quick, provide service on busy holidays and it’s always consistent and good. I’m sorry mom and pop restaurant, we tried you for Mother’s Day and it just wasn’t a great 1st impression for me. I’d love to come back for a lunch on the patio with less pressure to please my mother in law! The drink I had was delicious and I’m still curious to try the pizza!"
