"wow was this place bad on all accounts. the host complained about everything he had to do and smelled, so I had to walk 10 feet behind him to our table so I wouldn't gag. they were from half of everything we wanted. fried pickles? I'm sorry we're out. mac and get out? the cookies were not thoroughly cooked. I ordered the country roasted turkey special, and it was dryr than a desert and served without the heavy. only two overcooked deep roasted turkey leather on a plate with hash-brown casrole, which tasted two hours behind it 's prime. I asked for it to be sent back, they said they were out with whom I was in order, and I'd take the black-skinned ones. the manager comes to the table. also sold out pork chops. at this time all the others had eaten what they could have from their miserable meals, so I said please take it just our bill. instead of just compose my order, which was eaten and taken away, he discounts everyone's order on the table a few cucks from the escape. That's great and everything, but we were on separate controls, which means that I was still paid $8 for a $12 meal that I was eating two bites and taken away. the server gave us our drinks before the appetizer and did not bring any refill until all were finished with their escapes. in total no one in my party of 4 was satisfied with their eating or service, and my son-in-law has apologised to recommend even the place. I was in many cracker barrels I'll never return to."

"We were a complete party of 9, including some friends (and their children) we had met for dinner. We waited nearly an hour for our food, then when the food did come out, it was cold. Two of our children had to wait for their food. Our waitress abandoned us for 80% of our visit. Refills were neglected, our cornbread and biscuits were missing as well. We had to ask for things repeatedly when she did appear. They were not busy, as we saw multiple employees standing around. We spoke with the manager who only offered free desserts for our young children, after 8:15pm by this time. After we declined the desserts, as they were NOT going to fix this situation, the manger only offered a simple apology, then disappeared. Nothing else. He apologized and disappeared. Unbelievable. Our waitress reappeared to deliver our checks. We are extremely upset and disappointed. As we sat waiting in the dining room after speaking with the manager, we noticed him speaking to another upset party not far from us. We paid for our full bill. We paid for cold food and having to wait to watch our children eat. We paid for a lack of service, and no support from management. Avoid this Cracker Barrel, as it seems the quality and attention to food and the guest experience is second-rate. We will not be returning to this location, nor any other Cracker Barrel which is a big loss for us, as we have had many wonderful memories and meals at various locations throughout the country. A stop at a Cracker Barrel has always been a tradition on every roadtrip where/when possible."
