"I would like to let cracker barrel know about the exceptional service from our waiter Joey W.. He was kind, patient, caring and I saw him consoling and older women who was sitting by herself. He seemed to be listening very closely and put his hand on her shoulder to comfort her. He was a young gentleman and he his service is top notch! We were ordering our food and it’s was like he was a friend we have never met! The cashier was also excellent! In a world where good service is hard to find this kid was a breath of fresh air! He worked in first section when you enter the eating area."

I ordered takeout dinner to bring to my granddaughter. I had scheduled it for 3:15PM and arrived at 3PM to allow my wife some time to browse the store. However, when I arrived, I found that my order was already on the carryout shelf. Unfortunately, by the time I reached my destination just 1 mile away, the dinner was cold. I had specified a specific pick-up time, but it seems they did not honor it.
