"Let 's start with what was good: the food. They 're consistent in their offerings and very good. Now the issues: 1 waitress, 1 cook, 1 front desk/take-out guy and 1 pizza cook/mgr. Dirty table so it was suggested we move to another (waitress had no time to waste wiping it). Waitress was doing it ALL (no runner, no bus boy). Brought oil for rolls 2x before remembering we wanted butter. Half pitcher of red sangria was either old or just brackish/bad. Couldn 't ask for less pasta with my entree (there 's always too much) because the cook won 't understand so this is a real problem for people with allergies, etc. Never asked how things were, if we wanted anything else, why the sangria was nearly untouched. Coupon required manager who was hard to find. We tipped our waitress well because she was simply run ragged. Sadly, unless you 're getting take out, don 't bother. This isn 't how it used to be. ps It was my birthday but since they never even looked at the reservation (there were 3 tables of people all night) that didn 't get mentioned. All I would have liked was someone to say Happy Birthday, but no..."
