"This was our first visit to a Bertucci's, and we had a great experience. We ordered the Sporky pizza, which had sausage and ricotta and featured a lovely thin crust. My wife enjoyed the chicken broccoli pasta with a light lemon sauce, while my daughter opted for the fettuccine Alfredo, which also had a nice light sauce. I tried the rigatoni with tomato sauce, which was packed with onions and tomato chunks. We had plenty of leftovers for lunch. This chain really impressed us, especially with their excellent service!"

I absolutely loved the atmosphere, and the service was truly exceptional. They make you feel like part of the family. The General Manager, Ken, came by to check on us and had such a delightful personality. We also met Suzanne, and she was just as charming! They both helped make our experience feel special and memorable, and we truly enjoyed it. The food was fantastic, and my 6-year-old couldn't get enough of the mac and cheese. It was a wonderful visit, and we will definitely be returning!

We hadn't visited Bertucci's in Avon for a while, and we were pleasantly surprised by the friendly service from our waiter, Christian. He was not only courteous but also had a wonderful sense of humor, making our experience more enjoyable. Our dinner arrived promptly and hot, and Christian was very attentive, checking in on us regularly to see if we needed anything. He recommended the limoncello cake, which was absolutely delicious. We look forward to returning and hope to be served by Christian again.
