"Wanted to take my wife out for a birthday dinner! From the start we waited for the waitress to come over to take our order. She thought what we order was easy enough. (That was the comment she made) We ordered a soda, two waters, large salad, bread and a large Ultimate Bertucci pizza. The rolls were not cooked all the way, the salad had way too much dressing! Our pizza was cold, because she had to be reminded that it was ready. We askes for fresh rolls and she told us we had to wait for them. We didn't receive the rolls until we were on are way out the door. I understand that most restuants are short staffed but it wasn't that busy. We waited from start to finish two and a half hours. We have had a couple of problems but have not waited that long and received cold pizza and dough rolls from Bertucci's before!!! disappointed!!!"

I want to thank Sam, the amazing waitress! She kindly let us in even though they were busy and provided excellent service. The bröt and olive oil appetizer was delicious, and the pizza was amazing. It was a fun experience to sit and enjoy a cold beer with our meal.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that the lasagna was dry and burnt at the bottom and edges, while the rolls were hard. The overall taste was not up to par. I will not be returning. I planned this meal for my family to eat on Easter Sunday. ordered a very large catering order, days before the hand, so there would be a lot of time. day and time rolling around to feed my big group, restaurant would not answer any calls, would not come outside to block, they totally fed me and my whole order. I'll never be back. my dinner was ruined and I was completely embarrassed.

we had a confirmed reservation. When we arrived, they told us that they never got it because their system is down, but that they could prep one table and we sit in 15-20 minutes. we waited and waited regularly to see if our table was fresh and was sure it would not be much longer. after an hour someone finally waits for a stack menu. we hopefully looked at them and she said: “No, do not you define.” at this point we decided to look for other alternatives. not just for a big party on a Saturday night. an extremely frustrating experience made more frustrating by the casual indifference of the staff.
