"Of all restaurant chains, this is one of my favorites. Never had a bad meal at any place. This place is my favorite place. Always clean and the staff is friendly and attentive. Please be patient. As always, they are short on the staff and they do the best they can. Eating here is really good. The reels were hot as served as you want them. Value on portion is also very good. Perfect place to stop for lunch or dinner when you are shopping."

I always find Bertucci's a nice place to dine. Easy to get in, great value, and never had a bad meal. This particular night, the hostess was very inviting and personable. My server Raphael was great and funny, and did a great job to help us feel warm and welcome, and his service was fantastic. I got the bacon chicken Ranch craftsman and it was delicious, crust was crispy and on point, and the sauce was a little sweet and tangy and it worked perfectly with the smokey bacon. Thank you.

$38.14 for spaghetti without meatballs and fetters Alfredo with shrimps. No salad or garlic bread. Spaghetti was not properly dehydrated and it was like to eat spaghetti soup plus the very small spaghetti sauce she put on not even stick because it was so watery. Never again! I could have bought a box of spaghetti, garlic bread and ragu for a quarter of the price!!!
