"This place is so good for a fast food restaurant. We have been coming here for years and they have still maintained the same high quality. Mrs. Shirley is a wonderful lady who keeps the dining room clean. She clean the tables, trays and comes around and ask if you need a refill. She added placemats and flowers to the dining area and it give it a comfortable homey fill. I enjoy coming up here and eating breakfast in the morning."

"The food was excellent! Unfortunately, they did forget to include our Cajun biscuit and Bo rounds. On top of that, the cashier was rather rude and kept rolling her eyes while I was trying to place my order. I understand that it can be hectic when it's busy; I work in the food industry and customer service too, so I know it’s not always easy. However, that doesn't justify treating customers poorly."

"To make matters worse, the sandwiches I've received have often been stale, dry, and overcooked to the point of being difficult to chew. Since I usually stop at Bo's while traveling, I often find myself having to pick apart the sandwiches to eat only the parts that are somewhat edible. This is unacceptable, especially considering they seem to prepare one order at a time. It feels like I’m being served chicken that has been left under a heat lamp for too long and then refried in a failed attempt to reheat it. I've tried giving them several chances, but I’m officially done with this place. Next time, I will seek out a more reputable Bo's with professional staff and fresh food. It’s evident that they need more employees, better training, and competent managers and supervisors to uphold a professional standard."

"I don't have any Bojangles where I live so we tried it. Was very impressed. My husband loved the sweet tea, the bo berry biscuits, the chicken biscuit sandwich and the pimento cheese biscuit. I got the grilled chicken salad and I can honestly say it's among the top three fast food salads. It was mixed spring greens (not one leaf of iceberg lettuce wonderful), cucumbers, tomatoes, cheese and a warm grilled chicken breast cut and put on top. Perfect *chef's kiss*"

"I entered the restaurant to order 2 biscuit combos and 2 sausage biscuits. The employee rang up the two combos and then I gave her my coupon for a buy one get one free sausage biscuit. I made it clear that we wanted both sausage biscuits. However, when our order was brought to the counter 5 minutes later, we only received 1 of the two sausage biscuits. The employee had counted one of the biscuits in the buy one get one offer. She simply stated that it was rang up incorrectly and walked away. I am disappointed with the service and will now consider going to a different restaurant. I suggest that the management handle issues with their employees in a more professional manner. "First time bringing my fiancée here. They don't have this restaurant in Canada. We had a biscuit chicken sandwhich and she LOVED it. ???? The biscuit is soft, so much meat, great sauce/spicy. So worth it! She was skeptical because it's a littleexpensive for fast food (we are just broke now lmao). But worth every dime! Cari was great in the Drive Tru. "We stopped in to grab a fast bite to eat before jeep invasion. We ordered a chicken biscuit and two bo berry biscuit. They gave us the chicken biscuit and asked us to pull in a spot and they would bring us the bo berry Biscuits. After waiting ten minutes I went inside and asked for my order. While all employees were talking and yapping they looked at me and said oh did you order them? I said according to my receipt I did. She then proceeded to question me. Never again. "I recently tried the Pulled Pork BBQ sandwich at Bojangles and overall, it was a decent addition to their menu. The BBQ was a bit on the dry side and could have used some tangy pepper vinegar sauce. It lacked a smoky flavor and bark, reminding me more of pork from a slow cooker. However, the staff was friendly and efficient, and I appreciate Bojangles offering another option besides their chicken specialties. "Great location. First visitor, had no idea what to order... the amazing girl at the counter went over everything with me and let me ask a lot of questions. I changed my order for my whole family as 5 times and she was so gracious and happy to help. As soon as we finally find out what we wanted the manager came and adjusted the order to save us almost $10!!! Who does that? Food was hot fresh and at the point! Everyone there had a great attitude. "I visited the restaurant at 9:30 a.m. and was informed that they only had two chicken breasts left. However, they assured me they would make it right. After waiting for 9 minutes to get home, I discovered that five pieces were actually missing from my order. I called the restaurant, and they acknowledged their mistake. Initially, we were uncertain about going back, but the manager reached out to us and insisted on resolving the issue. When we returned, they not only provided the missing chicken wings but also generously included six delicious Bojangles' biscuits, a dozen chicken fingers, and six cookies as an apology. The staff was friendly and delivered outstanding customer service. The chicken was tasty, and they truly went the extra mile to make things right. It's also worth noting that the store was technically closed when we arrived, but they stayed open to rectify the situation. Truly impressive service!"

"Before the pandemic, this restaurant offered an all-you-can-eat chicken and sides special for just $6.99 from 4 to 8 PM. I'm not sure if they still have this deal post-COVID, but when they did, it was an amazing opportunity to enjoy good chicken and delicious sides. I even drove people from Norfolk just to share this gem of Virginia Beach with them, and it did not disappoint! However, I called them recently and found out they no longer offer that special. Nonetheless, I still love Bojangles for their chicken and sides. You can’t go wrong with the dirty rice, macaroni, Bo-rounds, and beans. Plus, the cookies are fantastic!"

"Usually I have a pleasant experience from the person taken my order to picking up my order from the window and everyone is friendly and nice. Not this experience though. The girl took my order and told me to come around to the second window, this fella come to the window and I asked him didn't I come to the wrong window we laughed he said it was alright but was cut off by the girl coming to the window. She was rude and disrespectful. She told me my total but didn't give me a receipt. She just about threw the box at me where I almost lost it. "It's 11:30 a.m. on a Saturday and this Bojangles will not answer their phone. I had a large order I wanted to schedule for next week but now I'll have to go somewhere else. The lobby appears to be closed and the doors are locked although there is a line around the building in the Drive-Thru. I've literally watched no less than seven people walk up to the door only to find that it's locked. Would it be too much trouble to put a sign on the door or maybe update your information on Google so that people don't waste their time? Makes no sense why no one would answer the phone after calling four times. It's obvious that someone is in the building working. It also makes no sense why their lobby would be closed on a Saturday, their busiest day. You've guys have got to do better than this! Hardee's is no longer your next door competition so here's your chance to stand out and make a name for yourself in the breakfast biscuit market which is pretty strong in the south."

"My partner and I visited this restaurant for breakfast last week, and unfortunately, we both ended up with food poisoning. The only items we had in common were the biscuits and the sweet potato pies. We're not sure which one was to blame, but we suspect it might have been the biscuits. Because of this experience, we will be avoiding this place in the future. We ordered takeout, and the meal cost between $10 and $20 per person. I would give the food a rating of 1, while the service and atmosphere both deserve a 4. There was plenty of parking available in the free lot."
