"Before the pandemic, this restaurant offered an all-you-can-eat chicken and sides special for just $6.99 from 4 to 8 PM. I'm not sure if they still have this deal post-COVID, but when they did, it was an amazing opportunity to enjoy good chicken and delicious sides. I even drove people from Norfolk just to share this gem of Virginia Beach with them, and it did not disappoint! However, I called them recently and found out they no longer offer that special. Nonetheless, I still love Bojangles for their chicken and sides. You can’t go wrong with the dirty rice, macaroni, Bo-rounds, and beans. Plus, the cookies are fantastic!"

Took forever to get cold fries, and every frylooked like straight trash. My biscuit was cold. The only good thing was the sweet tea! Hopefully today was just a bad day for them! This won't stop me from coming though. Hope to have a better experiencenext visit

I'm sorry to say that my experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The chicken was overcooked and dry, and the sides were stale. Unfortunately, the meal was not appetizing at all. It really was the worst meal I've had. I ended up throwing it away! Please see the photos for reference.

We had an incredible experience at this restaurant! We ordered three servings of chicken supremes. One box contained four large tenders, another had three large and four small, and the last one had two large and around six or seven smaller pieces. We definitely got our money's worth! The staff was very friendly and the food was incredibly fresh. We will definitely return to this location! View menu

Honestly speaking, the chicken is quite good, but the staff at this point are underoccupied and that leaves the dining room doors locked, even when hours of operation are open, I was told so that they can monitor who is in the restaurant, but if I was allowed in me to feel that I had to order my food to go and there was a repetition of it from the lady in the register when they really asked their manager or boss to go here Just stay to drive because it seems they do not want any human interaction other than the drive thru lines. As a guy that likes chicken, Bojangles' is pretty delicious. If you're a fan of sweet tea, they have a very good one but if you're a fan of SWEET tea, they have a few packs of sugar you can add. Along with my sweet tea, I had the Cajun Chicken Biscuit and Cajun Fries along with an order of Bo'tato Rounds. The biscuit and chicken were very good, with the chicken just a tad bit dry but very flavorful. Everything potato based was great, especially the Bo'tato Rounds, which my family loved. If you're ever in the area, definitely stop by.
