"It's 11:30 a.m. on a Saturday and this Bojangles will not answer their phone. I had a large order I wanted to schedule for next week but now I'll have to go somewhere else. The lobby appears to be closed and the doors are locked although there is a line around the building in the Drive-Thru. I've literally watched no less than seven people walk up to the door only to find that it's locked. Would it be too much trouble to put a sign on the door or maybe update your information on Google so that people don't waste their time? Makes no sense why no one would answer the phone after calling four times. It's obvious that someone is in the building working. It also makes no sense why their lobby would be closed on a Saturday, their busiest day. You've guys have got to do better than this! Hardee's is no longer your next door competition so here's your chance to stand out and make a name for yourself in the breakfast biscuit market which is pretty strong in the south."

This place is always out of something. Staff always seem irritated. Placeing order in drive-thru and get cut off and given total while still ordering. Start over, complete order and pull around. Only given one drink when ordered two but told to pull forward. Oh, you do have two drinks , after I say something. Food brought out and missing a large side. Now have to wait longer. Not fast, not friendly and always missing something. Won 't be returning anytime soon.

I went to Bojangles today to get dinner. There was no one in drive thru. I pull up and wait for approx 4 minutes, I finally say Hello , the voice on the other end said, Hey, we 're swamped with Grub Hub Door Dash orders, it 's going to be a minute. Iasked if he was going to taje my order to which he says, What do you want? At that time, I decided to spend my moneyelsewhere. If my patronage is not appreciated then my coins aren 't either. Bojangles in East Brainerd have the best food customer service in Chattanooga. I say this because every time (2x). I have been they have went out their way to provide great quality service. Even though I have been twice and have not seen the same facetwice and they still provided great quality service says a lot about Bojangles in East Brainerd. 11/14/22 8:27 AM Went in to grab some breakfast and heard them yell don 't leave the door unlocked or we get people coming in they then said it 'll be awhile, while shaking their heads. They continued to shake their heads and asked what I wanted. I asked for a number one combo. They gave it to me for free instead of opening up a register, then walked me to the door. I apologized for the inconvenience of coming in, no clue why the inside is even shut down. They said nothing to me when I apologized and locked the door behind me. What a joke of customer service, literally rudest customer service I have ever received in my 24 years of living.
