"The last time I went here, the cheese in my chicken, breakfast burrito was cold and not melted. (This was the second time my burrito came in this cold-cheese condition in the span of about one week. Furthermore, the chicken in said burrito was dry and crumbly and not moist. When I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, hoping for something better, the chicken was dried-out, like shoe leather, and thus not made fresh. (I know it was breakfast time, but the cooks, most likely out of laziness and convenience, must have used the spicy chicken from the day before. As much as I like Chick-fil-A, I just won't go back to this Fox Chapel location. The food truly sucks at this location. ?"
