"I am disappointed to have to leave a negative review for a Chick-fil-A. I placed an online order ahead of time, but still had to wait an additional 30 minutes inside the restaurant. My drink was forgotten, and the fruit cup I received was completely disgusting with old and mushy fruit. The staff at the counter seemed indifferent and incompetent. It is disappointing to see a decline in quality since the new management took over. I am concerned about the possibility of getting sick from this meal. I will not be returning to this location in the future."

And the best of all is the kindness of all employees here, they treat you at anytime you come with respect and decency, things that are hard to find today in the food business. I've had this review written for a while but I'm just now posting it. During my last visit about two weeks ago, my meal was prepared perfectly, just like in a commercial or advertisement. The sandwich was perfectly balanced and looked so delicious that I forgot to take a picture. Chick-fil-a is still my favorite fast food restaurant, especially after my last visit. I have never had a negative experience at Chick-fil-a. Some people say it's just chicken, but whatever they do with it, it's delicious.
