I frequent this restaurant often because it's conveniently located near my home. The staff is consistently nice and friendly. I've only encountered one issue in the nine years I've been coming here, and it was resolved right away. I would highly recommend this place. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and the manager was outstanding — so kind and attentive! He went out of his way to help everyone and engage in conversation, which really made my day. His jokes and smiles contributed to an exceptional service experience! I will definitely be returning. It’s our 4th wedding anniversary today, and coming here has made it even more special!

This drive-thru is undoubtedly the most efficient one I've encountered, and this location stands out even more than others. It features covered ordering areas, so you don't have to worry about getting wet in the rain. The service is exceptional at every establishment, and the consistently delicious chicken never fails to impress. When you factor in the amazing Chick-fil-A sauce, this might just be my favorite chicken place!

They serve thousands of customers each day, so the food won't always be flawless. My friend and I frequent this restaurant and usually enjoy good service, but today’s experience was quite disappointing. They served me the tiniest, thinnest chicken tenders I’ve ever seen. An employee even tossed the sauce we requested onto the table instead of handing it to us. To make matters worse, one of the chicken nuggets had a hairball attached to it. I also came specifically for a milkshake they’ve been advertising, but was told the milkshake machine was broken. You really can’t make this stuff up! To top it off, it’s winter, and the dining room was freezing. It took me half an hour to get a replacement for my nuggets.

I've been wanting to critique Chick-fil-A for a while now. However, it's clear that their food and service set them apart from the rest of the fast food industry. Even now, while many other restaurants struggle to find dedicated employees, every Chick-fil-A I've visited has a full staff. The employees are consistently polite, friendly, and youthful. Whenever I hear other CEOs complain about poor staffing and unmotivated workers, I’m tempted to share a video of every Chick-fil-A location nationwide.
