"I contacted a manager to explain what had happened, hoping they would understand the gravity of the situation and process a refund. Unfortunately, not only did this so-called manager refuse to issue a refund unless I returned in person to have the sandwich thrown away, but she was also incredibly rude and dismissive, showing no accountability for the poor hygiene in the kitchen. A professional establishment would typically address customer complaints with empathy and take the necessary steps to make things right. Instead of offering understanding, this manager did the exact opposite—she refused to help, was extremely rude, and then hung up on me. Later, when I finally returned to the restaurant at the end of the day to return the sandwich (since they insisted I bring it back for a refund), the night shift manager was even more unpleasant than the woman I spoke with on the phone. When we entered and tried to explain our poor experience in order to obtain a refund, she immediately started shouting insults and pointing at us in a threatening manner. After verbally assaulting us in front of other customers, she snatched the receipt from my hand, ripping it in the process, and stormed off to issue the return without informing us of what she was doing. It took her about 15 minutes to process the refund, which should have only taken two minutes at most. When she finally returned, she insulted us again, this time in front of a new group of customers. I am truly appalled by the atrocious service this establishment seems to think they can get away with, perhaps because of their location in Marin, leading them to believe they’re entitled to this kind of behavior. They disrespected the wrong customer, and I’m pretty sure anyone hearing this story would think twice before dining there. This restaurant needs to be replaced with one that understands the importance of treating customers with respect and dignity, rather than showing discrimination, hostility, and charging excessive prices. They should be called the Barnshop instead of the Farmshop, as that would better represent the quality of service one can expect. This experience is a prime example of why places like Marin earn a reputation for being pretentious, rude, and entitled. A definite thumbs down!"

"I never knew this hidden jewel was on Washington Street. I mentioned it a few times and definitely driven it. I decided to find where it was and go to eat! A group of three for dinner last night. I never tasted an apple wine I liked, but decided to go for it. I have half-sweet and a friend made the flight. You can choose all 4 cedars and they are $2.75 per. I think that's a lot. Mine was very good and I drank all the glass. Surprises me. His favorite was the Sunset with cherries in it. I wish I had tried. The other three are half-sweet, Margarita and the fleeting youth. He enjoyed everyone. WOOD. If you? ve has seen any of my post you know I (we go hard. Tonight we chose 3 appetizers: the frits with the choice of 3 diving sauce. We can't make a choice, so all six. Here was my preference 1. Atomic Senf(Leps and tied over the rest 2. Ketchup 3. Pesto 4. Spicy Ranch 5. Garlic Aoili 6. Lime Crema Next we got the boiled eggs and the Brussels spits. The eggs had a mild taste and I loved adding fried cups on the top. The star of this plate was the pickled onions. I don't know what they're using to get them, but I want to drink it. I seriously think I could eat a whole bowl of it. The pickles on the plate were pretty sharp, but good. The Brussels sprouts were fried. The outside was crisp, but the inside was still soft. I think they're really good. They used one of their cedar to make a gastric sauce to coat it. So far everything's perfect. Time to order the Entrees. A few of us could choose?t so we decided to get each two so we could try all things. I chose the fish special, the halibut, the pickled onions, and Shaved Brussels sprouts with cherry tomatoes and the Bugolgi beef noodle dish. The bowl had pickled mushrooms(yum! bulgolgi beef, runny egg, kimchi, green onions, and broccolini atopnudeln. Another person in my party ordered the burger of the moment who was a patty melt with the vegan 3 beans chili and also the scallops and risotto. The third person wanted the smoked rib with wild mushrooms and potatoes and onions. Here?s the stolper was?. a medium-sized rare steak order came well done. The potatoes, mushrooms and onions were good. Instead of waiting, another steak decided to get the cider brat chicken sandwich. A braided chicken with carmelised onions, smoked Gouda and honey mustard. All Entrees were delicious(minus das Steak. If I had a winner, the Halibut will turn off. It had a beautiful crust on the top and excellent taste. Subtle, but enchanting. The scallops were delicious. Risotto was lemon flavor on your reference. Cider Brat Chicken had crispy bread and a nice balance of the other ingredients. The Bugolgi dish was also good. I didn't try the patty melt, but the chili has a nice little spices on it. Not hot. Me?"
