"My wife and I dined at Lupa for the second time in from Toronto for the weekend and for the second time had a great experience. In fact I wrote a similar review for the same restaurant a couple years back, which is not something I often do , so I feel like the fact we had great service, great food and a great time is not an accident. Cheers to Lupa and a special thanks to our server bartender Kevin , my tocayo i learned , as we spent the evening dining at the bar. Good times . Until next time . K C"

No restaurant in Manhattan cooks pasta to such an exquisitely perfect moment of doneness — and with such consistency. The staff is amiable and efficient, the bar man Kevin is a mixologist with an engaging manner. Great to revisit and see high standards being upheld.

Lupa was all I remembered decades ago. it has a big formula and wise does not change it. the antipasti were of the highest quality, and the main courses were a worthy success. it is not an exciting or surprising or even more fashionable place, but it is a place where you eat good food and feel good. good value for money.
