"My husband and I usually come to dine in at Mel's about once a year, and have always loved it. But today you guys really let me down. I just had a colonoscopy, so I haven't been able to eat any solid food for three days now. I have been looking forward to having a square meal for a week and a half. My husband and I got some burgers. We took them to Council Rock to have a picnic. I took one bite out of my black and blue burger, and it was totally dry. No mayo at all, no mustard, no ketchup, no sauce of any kind on the burger or in the bag so now we have to go home so we can have condiments you guys ruined our picnic!! Also, my husband went in to pick up the burgers, and he said that your restaurant is filthy. If that's the entrance, we wonder what your kitchen must look like! It never used to be like this! Mel's used to be a spic and span joint that was run with dignity, and represented the local community well. After today, we're pretty sure we're never going to eat in, or order take out from your restaurant ever again."
