"we wanted to cōste with my man for our jubilee. highlight our server was great and knowledgeable. the food was good, my snatch was too salty, but the problem was resolved immediately. recommend the brittle sprout app and lobster carbonara as well as the wrench cake dessert. at the bottom was my first glass wee at the bar, the bottle was opened for a past and the wine tasted old. another day and it would have been a weinstock. Perhaps the bartenders can check the wee before they pour?! overall was the experience positiw!"

"We loved this place! I have nothing but great things to say about our experience. Unfortunately we went on a rainy night, so we couldn't sit on their beautiful patio. There was a 3 piece band playing in the bar area. They were playing James Taylor kind of music and were really good. We sat in the main dining room but could hear them at a great volume during our entire meal. We had some wonderful salads to start. I had salmon for an entree and it was so good. The hash it came served on was full of great vegetables. At our table we also had lettuce wraps, fried oysters, and a Caesar salad modified with a huge amount of grilled chicken. They had an extensive wine list. The dining room had a warm vibe to it, which we loved. Our server Betsy was super friendly and attentive. I'd definitely recommend going!"

"My husband and I visited this restaurant for the first time to celebrate his birthday. We were greeted right away upon entering and seated within a minute. Our server, Angela, was outstanding and recommended dishes while explaining the menu items. We tried the escargot, mussels, and a dish similar to a chicken pot pie - all of which were delicious! We will definitely be returning again."

"I recently returned to this restaurant for the first time since they underwent a minor remodel. The place looks fantastic and I really enjoyed the new menu layout and improved lighting. The hot towel provided was a nice touch. The food was delicious overall, although my husband wasn't a fan of his medium rare steak being served on mashed potatoes, as it caused the juices to leak everywhere. I personally loved the Branzino dish. The attention to detail in the presentation of each dish was impressive, right down to the iced tea served with simple syrup, lemon juice, and what appeared to be frozen tea ice cubes. The chef even made the rounds to check on the guests, adding a personal touch to our dining experience."

"I took my wife to Mister As to celebrate our 18th wedding anniversary. Our first time there and our experience was out of this world! We had a fabulous time. "We went for a Birthday dinner for my husband. The hostess remembered it was a birthday and we were seated promptly. However fifteen minutes passed after we were seated and no one greeted us, brought water or menus. My husband went back to hostess to let her know. Within a few minutes the restaurant manager came to our table, apologized, offered a free appetizer and brought a waiter to us. Hubby had Caesar salad and Lasagna. I had Spinach salad and the Shrimp Plancha sp? The fresh bread was delicious and the hummus that came with it was also good. My shrimp dish had 7 giant shrimp in a lemony butter sauce and were excellent. We did have the Phyllo brownie for dessert and split it. That was very dark chocolate and very rich but wonderful. Would definitely order that again! All in all, it was a pleasant experience. We appreciated that it was not too noisy or had loud music. We are not sure why we were ignored at first but thankful that the manager followed up. It was 5PM and although the place was fairly full, it was not crowded. We would probably return."

"After hearing great things, I had Mother's Day dinner at Langermann's with my adult daughter. The menu had lots of yummy options without being overwhelming. We shared the fried green tomatoes and the tuna and crab tartar, and for our main course I had the shrimp and grits and she had the cobb salad. both were delicious and filling; my leftovers held up great for a reheated work day lunch. We each took desserts home for ourselves and our SOs; I can't speak for the others but my chocolate mousse was terrific! We expected it to be somewhat crowded for Mother's Day, and it was, so we weren't too surprised by the slow but polite service. We were kind of off to the side, near the bar, which left a lot to be desired as far as ambiance, but the food was really good so we were pretty happy. I think we would both definitely go back, but probably not on a holiday"

"Very disappointing meal. Our server was attentive but the food was terrible. I ordered the filet tip appetizer on sweet corn. The serving was large but I would certainly not consider it filet. Several pieces had fat and were chewy like stew meat. The cooking was inconsistent: some pieces were rare, some well done. My partner had a sirloin steak. He said it reminded him of the baseball cut. Also had the wedge which was by far the best item of the night. The menu is overpriced. Large portions mean nothing when quality is poor."

"Second time visitor, last visit in May 2011. This place had been held in very high regard in my mind after an extraordinary experience all those years ago. My wife and I came here for a birthday dinner. The ambiance was just as I remembered. We were sat quickly as we made a reservation. We were promptly greeted by our server who took drink orders and let us know about the specials for the evening. Another table was sat shortly after us (7 10 min? , attended by a different staff member. Drinks arrived at their table and only after asking after our drinks did they arrive, unfortunately a bit watered down in a glass covered with condensation suggesting that these were unfortunately probably forgotten at the bar. We both ordered steaks, the missus, the filet and I, the dry aged ribeye. Mine was cooked perfectly. Wife ordered med rare and received med well and while the server did ask if she wanted a refire on the steak (to which my wife kindly declined , it would have made more sense to insist upon this as an overdone steak makes the difference between an excellent and an above/ok experience. Sides were great bacon jam brussels and the mushrooms. Overall, the experience was good but not great. Given the mismatch of expectations and the cost/travel time, I don't foresee a repeat visit any time soon."

"We have been to this restaurant many times and have always had a great experience. Unfortunately, we invited friends to come with us for their first time and it was a complete nightmare! Service was awful!! The waiter yelled back at me when I explained that our dinner was coming before we even received our appetizer! So they sent the food back to stay in the warmer to prepare our appetizer! The appetizer was saganaki and should have been served flaming and served to us which did not happen!! Just plopped on the table. And then our dinner came two minutes later! Completely uneven cooking on all dinners except one! Tried to compensate for the mistakes with a shot of orzo which none of us drink so then tried serving 3 tiny rounds of baklava for 4 people???? So completely disappointed!! Used to love this place!! So disappointed!!!"

"This is my third time here and my personal menu choices were spot on each time! The first time was the salmon and risotto. It was very good. The 2nd time Christmas Eve dinner, with my fiancé. I tired the salmon and salad combo with the grassroots salad and the smoked salmon.. it’s fascinating and delicious! My fiancé got the shrimp and Gita which was amazing too. We tried the bread pudding dessert and out delightful server brought us the butterscotch pecan pie to try. We ate both of them gone! Third time I went couple days after New Year to celebrate Christmas with my fiancé, daughter and her boyfriend. I was going to get something new but why when that salmon and salad combo is anything I could ever want and it did not disappoint! The smoked salmon is chilled which has this amazing flavors and the sauce that comes with it tops it off greats the grassroots salad is wonderful but make sure you like those ingredients because not many people like beets, I’ve found! My daughter had the shrimp and grits, again wonderful? Her boyfriend had the redfish which I didn’t taste but they said it was great. My fiancé tried the short ribs and we went impressed.. they were just ok and maybe a little dry.. the server was able to get something else and our evening was closed out with the bread pudding and butterscotch pecan pie disappearing yet again. The Macintosh is my new favor place for a nice dinner out!"

"The service was outstanding. The goat milk cavatelli pasta was rich and flavorful. The Duroc boar was tasty, but the portion size was a bit on the small side. The coppa ham and roggen didn’t impress and I wouldn't recommend it. The garlicky hearth-grilled prawns (only four) were overcooked and lacked the expected wood-grilled flavor. However, the Daytona bourbon cocktail was refreshing and smooth. While the prices were quite high compared to the portion sizes, Trust Restaurant remains our favorite!"

"1) I had planned to watch the Women's World Cup game at the Tavern, and I called ahead to confirm they would be showing it, which they assured me they would. However, when we arrived, the seating inside was very disorganized, and to our disappointment, they couldn't actually show the game because they don't have access to Fox. The staff treated us quite rudely, so we ended up leaving to find another place to watch the game. 2) A few nights later, I wanted to enjoy the outdoor seating with a beautiful view of the mountains. This experience was much more pleasant, as it seemed they prioritized the outdoor diners over those inside. The food was good, but they still seemed to lack enough staff to properly serve the entire restaurant."

"Food was good with large portions. The problem was our server and the wait time it took To be served. The waiter was new and in training. But didnât appear that anyone was working at training him. First he arrived quickly to our table to take drink orders. When my husband ordered ice tea he told us they were making a new batch as they make fresh brewed and he would check when it was ready. I was served my ginger ale but my husband NEVER got his ice tea and his water glass was very infrequently refilled. Our salad came quickly but the lunch entree took a long time. This was just fried chicken and an order of ribs which are their standards. Overall the service was sub-standard and the meal wasnât worth the wait. This was an early dinner on a Friday night."

(Limp/sad lettuce and bland chicken flavor). -Pace of service was slow even though the restaurant was near empty (4 pm on a Monday). Overall, my experience was okay. I would probably look for other options before returning to this establishment."

"Edit 2023 I 've been going here for 8 years and have enjoyed many wonderful meals and fun times here. I chose to do a nice birthday lunch in an upscale nice atmosphere. Instead I got an obnoxious, drunk bunch of patrons that were paying their bill when we arrived. I thought about asking to move or go somewhere else but I figured since they were paying they would be on they 're way soon. Two hours later, they are still on there and bring even more obnoxious than when we arrived. What a terrible experience. The manager said he would not do anything about it except try to move you after we 'd order dessert. So many others in the restaurant were also inconvenienced by the obnoxious patrons based on the exasperated looks of others every time the lady screamed in laughter. Welcome to a world where being obnoxious in a fine dining restaurant is more valuable than the 10 other tables in the room. We 'll think long and hard about eating here again and likely won 't. Old review below. My husband and I have gone for lunch and dinner both were excellent. Great children 's menu at a reasonable price. Ice cream from local shop Johnson 's is good."

"From the moment we arrived at the Sheraton Moana... our experience that night was unforgettable. We were there to celebrate a birthday, dinner for 2. The valet guys were welcoming and courteous. Our host was also welcoming and gracious. The ambiance was relaxing, casual, and yet romantic. The views of the beach and sunset were amazing. Our table was neatly prepared. The restaurant was clean, and you could tell that it was more of an upscale place to dine at. The food was amazing. We both had the chef's tasting 4 course menu with the wine pairing. Our signature drinks that we had first were tasty and delicious. The wine pairing complimented each dish and would highly recommend it. And our waiter, Matt, is what made the dining experience exceptional. He gave us a 5 star service and made our dining experience enjoyable. This was our first time dining here, and certainly, it won't be our last. Thank you, Sheraton Moana, Beach House, and Matt, for a memorable birthday dinner."
