"Cute spot! Got a pizza by the slice (hard to find sometimes! and a coke for under $7 (with 2 toppings: pepperoni and mushrooms . Friendly guy at the front and the decor was really cool. "Went here just for dessert and coffee after a movie. The pizookies were a lovely surprise. We had the chocolate, banana caramel as well as the strawberry sugar cookie. They were both warm and delicious the strawberry won out the best taste. Coffee was good typical restaurant style. We went fairly late so not a lot of people, but timely service took a bit about 10 minutes after being seated."

"Dined in with the family 10/30/21 for dinner after our son's game. The wait was 15-20 minutes and seated in a timely manner, but the host gave us a table right in the middle of the dining room with our baby sitting right dab in the middle of the isle. We had a party of 4 and a half... We get menus and then asked to move to a table where our baby wouldn't block the walkway. It's not like we seated ourselves. LOL! We were moved into the backroom to a booth, but couldn't help but notice how unprofessional this place is. The table we were moved to was being used to roll silverware, the hostess just moved the napkins and silverware to another table and sat us there. I did notice an older woman seated at another table rolling silverware speaking to a younger man. After getting settled in, the same young man greeted our table as our server. We placed our order for our appetizer and wanted more time with the menu to see if I wanted to order something different this time around. 10 minutes later, I saw a young woman wander back there with our mozzarella sticks then goes to the corner when our server dropped them off after 5 minutes of cooling when we were the only table seated in that back section. No extra plates were brought out with our appetizers until after we dug in. We order dinner and received it, then we had to wait for silverware! The other sever in the room brought us silverware before our server checked on us. Honestly if we waited, guaranteed we would have waited awhile before he realized we were missing utensils. We have been here a million times with our kids because their food is consistent, but the service is GARBAGE! I couldn't give another star because the service was that bad this time. The sever's tip did reflect his negligence although in my opinion did not deserve the 10% we left. I am not sure that we will hurry back anytime soon."

"The food took 50 minutes to arrive after ordering. Three of the meals were sent back because they were cold, not even lukewarm. The fourth meal, a large salad, was fine. The prime rib was thinly sliced, cold, and did not match the picture. The restaurant claimed they were recooking the entire meals, but only the prime rib was recooked and unfortunately, it was tough and not of good quality. I was disappointed as I had expected a better cut of meat for $30. The manager apologized once but did not offer a free drink or dessert. My husband had previously enjoyed the burgers at this restaurant, so maybe it is better at lunch time. Our waitress was also serving a party of 20, which affected her ability to handle all her tables. We had expected better service and quality for a $200 bill."

"I came upon this place 12 years ago while I was in Grossmont College studying Catering Management. We had to write a business plan and do a restaurant comparison. This place isn't close, but we had business in the Keil's shopping center at Navajo and Jackson. I have heard bad stories from friends who went to an obscure deli. As soon as I walked into the liquor store, there are three employees in the deli! So, everything I had heard was true amazing place which has had a line out the door at lunch time and they stay busy enough so I feel safe about eating there. The rest is a given. I don't know how many times I could come here before I have tried all the many kinds of sandwiches they have."

"The BJ's Classic Rib-Eye is quite delicious for the price. It had a nice char on the outside while remaining pink on the inside. I would definitely order it again. However, the House Caesar Salad had a peculiar taste reminiscent of saline solution, and the side of salmon was quite small. They only provided one serving of sour cream for three baked potatoes, and there was no option to request more. Additionally, the garlic butter had an overpoweringly fishy flavor. I won't be ordering that again."

"Came to the restaurant two nights ago. The atmosphere was great, everyone seemed really alive and linguistic, so it was convenient for me. Was happy how many options there were for food and drinks, the quality was far above average, definitely left with a happy belly. To make everything out of the girl that helped me pretty sure her name was Ashley. Your recommendations for food and drinks were on site for me! Their positive mood and real concern about me as a customer was also key, never felt like I was waiting for them, so she always felt waiting for me. "We come to this location all the time. We had a party of 11 and our orders were not complicated, but our server struggled so hard while I felt bad it kept getting worse. Every order that came out was incorrect in one way shape or form so when the salads came out, they weren’t right we never got our appetizer, my mom’s wedge salad was incorrect. The drink orders were wrong. Dessert order was wrong. My dad’s flatbread pizza came out burnt and by the time she brought him another one everyone was almost done with dinner. It just was a hot mess, unfortunately."

"We had a great experience at the restaurant with Maria R as our server who provided excellent service. She was attentive and brought us refills without us even having to ask. Emmie, the manager, checked on us multiple times to make sure everything was to our liking. "Server knowledge of promotions of the day was spotty. After some help to jog her memory, she gave them, somewhat vaguely. Appetizer special of Avacado Egg Rolls were good but are crisply prepared. Entrees, Salmon with Cherry Chipotle was magnificently plated and moist and flakey. The evenings promotion of Slow roasted Ribs perfect! The side of sriracha Brussels spouts in their own bowl spiced Lightly. A bowl of chili came as part of the special was larger than expected. A little over salted. The final entree were Oven Roasted Mahi Taco’s. Passable but, would not recommend to order them. Bland, no life, A basic piece of fish thrown into a soft taco roll with a little coleslaw. Do Not eat the Salsa that comes with this. We all tasted it. UGH is the flavor."

"The appetizer was absolutely delicious! We had the avocado dish (see photo), and my dining partner, who had previously enjoyed a personal pan veggie pizza at BJ's in California, said it was just as good here. The consistency of the My Power Bowl was impressive; although it lacked protein, it was filled with fresh ingredients and very tasty. All of the menu choices were excellent, including the unsweetened blueberry hibiscus iced tea (non-alcoholic). Our server, Rachel, was fantastic—she was knowledgeable about the menu and very attentive. "This will be my first and last time dining at this restaurant. We came in before the dinner rush, waited 15 minutes to be seated and was seated at a table closest to the door, which had a lovely draft coming in. We ordered the mozzarella sticks which were great and the only positive to our meal. When trying to order, multiple items were out of stock (it?s 4pm on Saturday and you?re out of stock of a majority of the items you offer? , we finally settled on the ?new? smokehouse burger, ordered our burgers to be cooked medium rare/medium (so some pink with regular fries and sweet potato fries. Our food took over 40 minutes to be brought out to us and my sweet potato fries were missing. Our server stated that those were coming but she didn?t want my burger to be cold, which is fine. Both burgers were lukewarm and over done, cooked to well temperature and the buns were hard and stale. My sweet potato fries were brought out five minutes later, unsalted but hot. While eating my burger, I ripped off a piece and found a short black hair. Gross!! Our server was fine and none of the issues were her fault, but the kitchen here is horrendous and I wouldn?t come here ever again! Also this place is extremely overpriced for what you get!"

"We came to this BJ’s on a Thursday around 7:30 pm. We had a party of four! Parking lot was almost full, few spots left right in front of the restaurant. But there was still plenty of parking in farther parking lots. No waiting to be seated! Walked rightin. By the time we left, around 8:45 pm, there was lots of people in the lobby and outside waiting to be seated. Also, parkinglots were pretty full by then. So come around 6 or 7 pm. Hostess in front was not too welcoming. She wasn’t rude, she justdidn’t feel very inviting. No smiles, no welcome. Just straight to business. Again, there was no waiting, it was just us inline! Our waitress was cool. Very friendly, very helpful. Her name was Daysha (Not sure that I am spelling it correctly, shedidn’t have a name tag. it was a cool name. She was quick and accurate with our orders. The food was good. At least for mostof us. My wife’s Buffalo chicken pizza was definitely not the best. It was very chewy, like uncooked dough, even though itlooked cooked. She only had one slice. So we all shared from our meals with her. Our other meals were actually really good. Nocomplaints there. My wife didn’t want to say anything, because she doesn’t trust it when we have to send something back.Luckily, this doesn’t happen often. We are regulars at BJ’s, just not the one at this location. I do love the BJ’s app.I’ve had it for a long time now. I don’t have to wait for the check, I can just pay it through the app!"

"Let's start this review with the good. The staff here is great. Even on a busy Saturday evening, with kids jumping about and some customers going off about restaurant policies, the staff kept their cool, were friendly and attentive to all patrons. My hats off to them. These folks work hard, so show your appreciation and don't skimp on the tips. They deserve them (well, most of them do anyway). So now on to the bad, and the reason for the two stars — the food. It is sub par at best. The avocado egg rolls were a greasy mess. The pizza was a slab of thick dough with cold cheese. The tomato sauce was almost non existent and the toppings were meh. The salads were fine, but heavily dressed (get the dressing on the side). The Pizookie was also fine, but could have benefited from a bit less chocolate chips. In short, if you're here for a couple of chicken wings and a brew, you can't go wrong, but if you're craving pizza or a burger, there are better and cheaper alternatives out there."

"The bartender Arlinda was terrible. She was not friendly and was actually rude to my boyfriend. The guy next to my boyfriend also said the bartender was terrible that he sat there for 20 minutes before she took his food order. There was spilled beer on the bar in front of me and she never wiped it up. We never got silverware or plates when our appetizer came out. Luckily, we were able to pick it up with our fingers. When my boyfriend reminded Arlinda after 10 minutes that he had asked for a sample of the Octoberfest when we first placed our drink order. She snapped at him that she's been busy. Yet, I watched her serve a couple at the end of the bar, who came in after us, their beers and 2 beer samples. The manager, Melissa, came out before we got our food and stood talking right next to me to the older gentleman to my left. She stood talking to him for a least 10 minutes. We received our food while she was standing there and she never acknowledged us, nor asked how are food was. We actually had to ask the person who brought the food out if we could have silverware. We both had the fish and chips, which normally is one of my favorites. The fish tasted like it had been cooked in old oil. The last thing we witnessed along with the guy next to my boyfriend was Arlinda telling the gentleman next to me that he would be getting a survey and that they were asking all the regulars who come in to give them a good review. I come to the Columbus area monthly for business and usually stay in the Polaris area and frequent the BJ's in that area. My boyfriend and I both agree we will not be back to the Easton Town Center location. Polaris location is the place to visit."

"First off the Broccoli was not cooked at all. It was crunchy, like it was quickly heated. There was one piece on top that was green and looked fresh, the bottom pieces had gross brown stuff all inside, nasty. The pizza was super cold and the box was smashed so the toppings stuck to the top. Ive had several bad orders and not once has anyone reached out and apologized or given me a credit/refund. Very disappointing."
