"I have made what I had thought to be a full spectrum of reviews: from great, wonderful, average, eh, harsh, angry, and absolutely awful reviews. This is the first saddest review I have ever made as S&S is no longer the personable, full service, quick food experience that made it fun and a great place for the family. The good: Food was wonderful, the line cooks did a great job! The shakes were smooth and tasty, the workers did their jobs very well! The bad: The whipped cream on the shake was horrible. It was warm and thick. Reminded me of whipped vegetable shortening, like cheap, garbage, store bought cake icing without sugar. Don 't spend the extra to get this nasty and can 't be whipped cream option. The ugly: (why the S&S experience was ruined by no fault of the workers that were there and did their great job but made it so very sad. Kiosk ordering at one of the five stations in the small entry area, having your name and/or order number called and to go to the pick up counter to get your own shakes, waters, food, drinks. The shakes were served in take-out cups and the food was in plastic baskets (remember the fancy shake glasses and real plates? , clean up your table, having to tip at the time of the order, and there was no personable interaction at the table. A huge disappointment because the stores cannot get and keep people to work thanks to the cv19 reset. (This was what the one employee who actually spoke to me explained the situation to be when I asked why the change. The experience of S&S is now cafeteria style. AND AGAIN, by no fault of the workers there, they were great."
