they were busy when we were there. 6 in our party. everything we eat has come out quickly. they missed a order of the tweeper rings, but began a fresh order and gave them to me in no time.

Food was cold and I know it wasn't the fault of the driver. Chili came without a spoon. French fries were obviously at the end of the batch and were so small they were hard to eat. Taste was fine. View menu

I 've never had a problem here and food always tastes great! Even when their computer was saying my coupon code was scanning 'expired ', after showing them it wasn 't (still had a week till expiration date) they gladly discounted the meal for me and apologized!

best steak ‘n shake I've ever eaten. about 2pm I ordered today my food (11/10/22) and the guy who cooks it made a great job. he even gave me extra wobbles and pickles! every time I ask you, I can't get one on my burger from any restaurant. stop the good work! That's good!
