"After about five hours of chasing the fish on our plates, my brother and I finally made it to the Manitou. We were starving like gods after being on the water all day. I know we looked a bit rough around the edges compared to the others there, who were dressed in golf attire with silver hair and an air of superiority. I couldn't help but feel that the staff might have been tired of us, perhaps viewing us as vagrants. But the experience was surprisingly wonderful. We both ordered the roasted white fish, and it did not disappoint. Overall, it was a good experience. We paid our bill at the end, although I could tell the staff might have expected us to leave without paying. Would we eat here again? Absolutely!"

"I had placed a mobile order through the app.. I was having difficulty with the transaction and figured I would go in to clarify if I had done something wrong or if the app was being difficult.. instead of them trying to help me they complained about how much food was in my order. saying how I ordered to much stuff.. then they tried to say that it was my fault even tho I had went in and asked for help.I only chose this location because it is close to where I live. I’m moving a little bit farther and everyone helping wanted McDonald’s. I will probably not be returning to this location. As a manager in food service I would never talk about a guest like they did me. Instead of helping me through the problem they chose to complain about it."

"All I wanted was a Coke and a breakfast sandwich, but while I waited, I noticed the place was in disarray. The trash was overflowing, the floor was dirty, and there was a grimy rag on the table next to me. I get that many places are understaffed right now, but this McDonald's was overwhelmed, and it seems like the management needs to step up. The employees were clearly struggling to manage orders and couldn’t address the mess around them. After spending way more time than I should have in this chaotic McDonald’s just to get a sausage biscuit, it better be hot when I finally receive it."

"I believe it is important for all employees to be grateful for their jobs and greet customers with a smile when taking orders. However, I am extremely frustrated with the service at this restaurant. Every time I visit, I am always asked to move to the reserved section and wait for my order. If I wanted to wait for my food, I would not go to a fast food restaurant! The management really needs to improve the way this place is run. I used to give this McDonald's 4 stars, but now I can only give it 1. It is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. As of 3/25/22, it is still the worst. It is not even 4 o'clock and we had to wait in the drive-thru/waiting area for 10 minutes. This is unacceptable, and to make matters worse, they forgot my drink! Almost every time I come here, I am asked to wait a few extra minutes for my order, usually because of missing fries. This place really needs to get its act together. It is completely disorganized and they are never prepared."

"I don't usually dine at this restaurant, but I took my two grandchildren for check-ups and wanted to treat them to a happy meal afterwards. We went through the drive-thru, and the service was quick. "Hey, it's a McDonald's, so you know what you're getting as far as the menu is concerned. What we really want to know is what we're getting as far as the freshness of the menu and quality of workers. Nine times out of ten the food is great at this location, but I work in the food industry so i also know the best times to go to fast food places to get the fresh cooked fries! The workers have always been attentive and friendly at this location in my personal experience. I find myself skipping other McDonald's locations to go to this one instead because they have everything i appreciate from fresh cooked food to good employees to a very very clean dining room and a security guard who is very friendly but very firm in keeping out trouble makers."

"We had reservations in the hot hut outside..which was remarkable..very unique and fun way to eat dinner!! It took awhile to set the table and it was busy so no big..but felt like the server insisted it was our fault the table wasn't ready for a reservation..but hey..all good they were stressed. We had amazing service thereafter so it all worked out. Food wasn't as exceptional as what we were expecting...but the dining experience made up for it. I had the blackened chicken..once again 7/10 the lady had a salad..can't really mess that up. Can't wait to go back!!"

"I have eaten at Woody's many times but this is my first review of it. If you follow me, you will remember that I am partial to Prime Rib. Just like the Chicken Fried Steak is the touchstone of any Diner, so is the Prime Rib for any Fine Dining restaurant. The thing is, Woody's is more of a Roadhouse, but their Prime Rib can compete with those white tablecloth establishments. Woody's offers Prime Rib Dinners on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday only and only after 4:00 PM. The portion served is huge (see my photo and is accompanied by a big baked potato, au jus, and horseradish sauce. (If I had to fault the plate, it would be that they do not include a vegetable but, frankly, there is more than enough to satisfy almost any appetite. The meat was tender and juicy and cooked spot on to my preferred doneness of medium rare. Woody's coats the roast with a peppery dry rub, which is a perfect complement to the meat. The price (as of this writing is $24.99, and has not risen since before COVID. To their credit, unlike many places, Woody's does not tack on a surcharge. I added a small green salad (bleu cheese dressing, of course and an Arnold Palmer to drink (free refills , bringing my tab to $32.47, not including a 25% tip. Three cheers to Woody's for offering a 10% discount to active and retired military, police, and fire personnel. (Please note: This discount can only be applied to regular menu items and, since it is a week end special, the Prime Rib is not eligible. By the way, Woody's has a very complete menu, so don't be put off if you're not a carnivore. I have never had a bad meal or a poor experience at Woody's so, with confidence, I can say that Woody's is Highly Recommended."

"This is by far the worst McDonald’s I have ever been too. I have never ordered food here however I DoorDash for customers and everytime I have been in here it has been nothing but BUSY. There is absolutely zero customer service and they don’t care if ur waiting and see you standing there for 5 or so minutes before finally approaching you and asking if ur all set. But tonight was a whole other level of horrible experience. I had a customer order from this restaurant and I drove 20 min to pick her order up just to get there to see signs on door saying lobby closed go through drive through waited like 15 min just to be told that there is NOOOOO door dash orders when I was not the only one there to pick up orders. They were not nice about it well maybe u should post it on ur doors as well and let ur customers who use door dash that u stopped those orders at 9pm instead of wasting everyone’s time and having customers spend money on food they can’t have! I am appalled by how the workers were treating customers and I watched some customers record them! This McDonald’s sucks!"
