"When I called to voice my concerns, the staff member who took the order accused me of lying. I understand they might have customers who do that, but being called a liar was frustrating. I considered driving back for a full refund, but with my kids home from college, I didn't want to spoil our anniversary lunch.
As for the food, it wasn't anything to write home about. The Butter Chicken was decent, but the Tikka Masala was dreadful—way too buttery, even more than the Butter Chicken! It felt unfair to be charged extra for such poor quality. I asked to speak with the manager, but no one reached out to me. I even sent an email, and still, no response. Overall, I had a terrible experience with both the food and customer service. I won’t be ordering from this restaurant again."
