"Server was incredible. We live here and get oysters everywhere, these were by far some of the largest we have ever had. The ceaser salad dressing was great ordered it with grilled scallops for a 12.00 up charge. It had only for scallops, which was disappointing,because they were small. Mt daughters got the grilled shrimp and loved it. I got the captain’s platter. The fried oysters were awesome!They were out of Cole slaw and baked potatoes for sides. I got pickled beets and fried Zucchini,which was good….the platter was all very good until I found two very long black hairs, I have blond hair. I was done. The server took it off the bill and felt horrible. We still tipped on the bill that It would have been if she didn’t take the meal off. With this being said, we will go back."

My dad and I were driving through town and stopped at Eddie's for lunch. We both finished our plate of stone crab claws and a lunch sandwich. We left wishing that we could eat there for dinner. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My husband and I are locals to the area and frequent captain eddies. This time we brought some family and friends who were visiting and everyone loved their meals. Some top items were the crab and shrimp dip, lobster pasta and frog legs.

If you’re not wanting fried and sides loaded with stuff this isn’t your place. Fresh and healthy is hard to come by. I had a Southwest salad with grouper. Grouper tasted fishy (which I’ve never experienced eating grouper before) and the dressing tasted like cheap stuff from a bottle on the shelf. Yuck. View menu

It is definitely a local favorite and has been around for a long time.
