"The name being “Glory of India”? I don’t think so. More like disappointment. I hate to leave bad reviews but people need to know how awful it was. If I cooked like that I would NOT open a restaurant OMG. Where do I even begin?. So the goat curry and lamb vindaloo were soupy and watery, did not cling to the rice at all, they just drained to the bottom of the plate. The “onion salad” was a joke, basically just a red onion cut up with a couple jalapeño peppers in it and no dressing, just 2 lemon wedges. The naan was seriously lacking flavor. The portions were tiny. Almost no lamb in the lamb vindaloo. The portions of rice pudding are basically in a container u would use for dressing or a condiment tiny. They were watery and WAY too sweet! Just awful. The coconut soup was basically just coconut. I didn’t try it but needless to say most of it was left. I leave one start reviews for places I will never go to again and would never recommend and this restaurant definitely didn’t even earn the one star. I will mention one thing, my friend enjoyed the meal which I was shocked to hear, so to defend those who actually gave more than one star, I guess some people’s palates are much more forgiving. I have had Indian food plenty of times and NEVER EVER was the lamb vindaloo and goat curry watery and greasy like that. If I could sum up the entire experience in one word it would be DISAPPOINTING. And to add insult to injury, it was kind of expensive for those portion sizes!"

This restaurant could be dubbed as the disgrace of India. It is that humiliating. Not only is the rice dry, but the chicken tikka masala tastes like pure buffalo.

I ordered food from this restaurant when I didn't feel like cooking. Trying their tasty samosas and matar paneer was one of the only positive aspects of the nearby area. View menu

The takeout at this restaurant is fantastic and the staff is wonderful. They serve delicious Indian cuisine in Easthampton. I can't wait for them to start offering indoor dining!

My wude and I decided to dine here for our annuversary, but upon entering the staff ignored us. Being the only 2 patrons we waited to be seated, but staff had no interest in service. Never again.

A middle aged lady at the desk with too much arrogance. She doesn’t know how to treat customers who come in for picking up their phone orders. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Service: 1 View menu

Anyone who gives this place a bad review has no soul and bad taste. I’m giving all of YOU a one star review. This place is run by a husband and wife. They do everything themselves. The food is legit top notch and Easthampton is LUCKY to have them. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I love the baigan bharta, vegetable samosas, dal makhani and the roti. The food is always fresh, extremely flavourful, and clearly made with a lot of mastery and experience. Great prices and portions I feel. I love supporting small local businesses like this, it’s owned and run by a husband and wife, and I’m grateful to have such amazing Indian food close by : Service: Takeaway
