"We've dined here several times since their opening. Our first experience was excellent, but, like many restaurants in Fayetteville, the quality of food, service, and cleanliness seemed to decline over time. However, having been in the dairy business for 34 years, I have to commend their frozen custard—it's the best around. We decided to give it another chance on Tuesday, and I'm pleased to say that the food, service, and cleanliness were all back to an impressive standard. I hope they can maintain this level, as they previously didn't measure up to the restaurants in the Raleigh area. Additionally, it would be great if they could consider offering a discount for seniors, as many chain restaurants do."

"When I went here for lunch today with my coworkers I had doubt for the California style burger since I'm from Cali and love In-N-Out and closest one is 2 hours away lol this burger was actually very good and I can say when I crave In-N-Out I'll come here for the burger to remind me of home. "The first time I ate at Freddy 's was at the San Antonio forum location. I was so excited when they came here. I 've been a regular ever since but today something happened that made me feel the need to put ya 'll on a pedastool! I had my new puppy with me and was trying to figure out where I could go without the judgment of bringing a furry friend to a food establishment. Freddy 's came to mind since they have a patio. I went in to order, got my drink and sat on the patio with my pup. While I was waiting for my food an employee had been dropped off and on his way in to work asked how I was doing and told me I had a beautiful dog. Nice enough. My food was ready so I began eating. I could write a novel about how good the food is and the super AFFORDABLE price point but that 's not what this review is about. The employee that had just started his shift (or so I believe) came out to check on us. I was expecting him to tell me I needed to leave but instead he generously offered a 'pupcup ' and I was thinking... huh? He comes back with a small cup of frozen custard with a couple tiny dog treats on top. So sweet! While I 've always been a Freddy 's fan... this treatment made me feel like I needed to share how awesome my experience was... no matter how small a gesture it may have been. I expect kind service and good food but this was the extra mile. I hope he and this location get the recognition they deserve. THANK YOU FREDDYS IN AMARILLO. I love the food, love the service, love the establishment, and truly admire the values Freddy 's provides."

This evening, I sampled the southwest corn soup, which tasted like it came straight from a gourmet chef's kitchen, bursting with flavor. I'm eager to try their pie next. The crust has a bread dough texture, just what I've come to expect from New York, as well-made bread dough has a uniquely delightful flavor. They also highlight their homemade sauce, which I, as an Italian, can't wait to try. I should mention the staff as well; I spoke with two different team members about specific add-ons not listed on the delivery app, and they went above and beyond to assist me. Impressive service! If you haven't visited this place yet, you're truly missing out. I will definitely be back."

"I had a really disappointing experience with my order. I specifically requested cheese curds with my burger and even paid extra for them, but all I got were fries. I asked for no onions on my burger, yet it came with onions. Additionally, I requested no pickles on the children's burger, but it had pickles anyway. To make matters worse, one of the drink lids came off and spilled all over the bag before I even got my order, and the food was mostly cold except for one of the burgers."

However, I’m deducting 2 stars because the floors were filthy, and all the tables were dirty, sticky, or full of crumbs. We had to search for the cleanest table available. After finishing my meal, I found myself covered in a white powdery substance, and my phone was in the same mess. "freddy’s frozen custard steak burger is a good place to eat once. there are a few things that are worth eating again, but there are places that I like a little more for the price. we ordered three different combos with different sides and a regular sunglass to have a good tasting. the double jalapeno burger with pfeffer jack cheese was the best of the three burgers. I have cheese curds on the side that were good, but a little salty. I got the spicy chicken sandwich that was disappointed and worst of the three and would not order again. I've got tweeper rings that were good and worth a job. the individual burger was not very good, as the patches are too thin, but comes with a lot of good swirling and pickles. recommend buying a double on the minimum. had the frits that are thin and very good. they offer spicy and normal fry sauce, both good. the sun we got was dirt and worm, which was very good and really enjoyed their ecstard. not quite a four star place for us, as we would only order a few more things again, but round as it is a possible place for us to pack some items from them again."

"Freddy's was really busy at lunch time. Even though the lines at the service counter were long, the wait time for our food was reasonable. It was fast food delicious, definitely not for a health food fanatic. The tables were quickly cleaned for next use. Tables and booth seating are available inside with outdoor patio seating as well. The dining area was relatively clean for the volume of people passing through. The self-serve beverage counter was maintained well. And the bathroom was clean. The chocolate malt milkshake had a very smooth, near liquid consistency. Personally, I prefer a firmer, soft-serve texture. Also, the malt favoring was nearly nonexistent. The dining area air-conditioning works very well. Even before I devoured my milkshake, I who hardly ever gets cold, was goosebump chilled. Overall, Freddy's has an inviting atmosphere to grab lunch and to meet friends."

"This Freddy's location is the best I have ever visited. Every time I come here the burgers are always hot and fresh and not overcooked as they are at some of the other locations. The special orders on the burgers are seemingly always done right. The cheese curds are hot, tasty and not overcooked. The onion rings are some of the best I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. I wish the Freddy's that is much closer to my home were so good, so consistently. Even though the two drive thru lines are often long, the workers here seem to keep them moving and the food is ready much faster than at some other locations."

As someone who has sampled burgers from countless places across various states, I believe these burgers are top-notch. In my opinion, the onion rings are just as exceptional. My wife describes them as being like Lay's potato chips—you really can’t just have one. In fact, she says you can’t stop at one, two, or even three; honestly, you might need to order a large serving to satisfy your cravings! You absolutely have to check this place out. The manager and the entire staff are incredibly friendly and polite. The restaurant is spotless, both inside and out. Thank you, Freddy's, for such a fantastic experience! "This was the second time I ordered from Freddies. The first time wasnt great either but I thought Id give them another try. Bad mistake. The sandwich was messy as the roll was too small for the burgers. The onion rings were cold and fried in oil that should have been changed long before mine were fried. And the ice cream desert was melted, because it wasnt packed in any way like it was going to be delivered and had to travel. So needless to say, last time Ill be ordering from them."

"So this is the second time I've eaten here,once last week at the st.charkes rock rd/lindberg location and the food and service was excellent. I order the exact same thing and was disappointed at this location on manchester in ballwin. I ordered #1 withpeppermint oreo shake....the shake they gave me was small,the other one was med i guess,the shake was a mix of choc and vinswirl and no sign of any oreos! ???? The other location the shake was mixed i guess and looked all chocolate with toms of oreopieces and it was delicious,this location/ballwin was not..not one oreo piece! The photo at the drive through shows the shakeactually all white so i was originally surprised when i received it for the first time and it was all chocolate but was verygood. So the advertise pic does not reflect what you actually get or looks like. I asked the kid at the window of they made allthe food the same at all locations and he said yes...obviously thats not correct. Then he said well its supposed to be a mix andmaybe the other location/lindberg maybe made it wrong... Either way im not happy and disappointed at this location in ballwin onmanchester. Also at around the time i went/11 ish the lobby was closed and i had to go through the drive thu. I need to use therestroom and eat inside and couldnt,bad customer service for restaurants to keep closing they lobby. And my burger was salty!"
