"Very disappointed with the customer service I was given by one of the ladies who works there . She was very rude and disrespectful to me . There was a miscommunication on there end regarding something I had ordered . I never said anything to them except told them I they gave me something else than what I ordered. The lady came to me and confronted me and accusing me of something I didn’t say . It’s on their end they had a miscommunication. I am really disappointed at the way I was treated so disrespectfully. I really liked their food but very sad and disappointed on how I was treated . She should be trained on how to talk to a customer and how to treat a paying customer."

"The flavors here are fantastic! We ordered butter chicken, chicken curry, and butter naan, and everything was delicious. They will ask you about your preferred spice level. Since it was our first visit, we opted for mild, which turned out to be quite gentle, so we'll definitely try something spicier next time. We will certainly return! The service was excellent, and they even offer complimentary mango soft serve, which was light and tasty. If you're looking to step away from the usual dining options in Jacksonville, this is the perfect spot!"

U will get the feeling of eating the same as when you eat in India. 3) Bombay Chicken biryani (4.2/5) Sharkling from Mumbai I loved this because it is exactly the same thing I have in my hometown except to put the egg. It is delicious and the chicken pieces are also fresh and delicate, they have added large masalas for this special dish. 4) Fire masala dosa (4.5/5) If you love too much spicy, this is suitable for you. Very sharp and brilliant. This dish is only for spicy food lovers. 5) Chole bhature (5/5) (highly recommended) if you love this dish, it is the best here. Not an **** feature fan, but it feels like you're eating in old Gully from Chandni-Chowk from delhi 6) Dal makhani (3.5/5) Again one of the best dishes from the main course for which you can choose. It is really delicious and with garlic naan it is simply scrumbling. 7) Hariyali Chicken (4/5) if you have a white meat chicken person, that is then best. One of the most important courses I would recommend to others. 8) Chicken chettinadu (5/5) before I came here, I had not tasted this dish and a very recommended one from my side. Simply brilliant and delicious in taste. One day I also came to the buffet and all the items were tasteful and buffet is available only on weekends The service was fast and the staff is friendly. "Order never arrived on time, no matter how much earlier it was ordered. I literally ordered before 1 hour and after reaching the place at the pick up time, they made me wait for 15 more minutes to give my food. This is ridiculous and you guys definitely have to work on this. People order in advance to cut the wait time and what’s the point of ordering them before? Do you really care of your customers time? If so please respect it and work on your time management. It happened to me several times and each time I have to make sure I have my order ready reaching there.. this means you guys only start working on the order after someone reaches the place?Note: restaurant is not busy at all for dine ins to assume it took them a while to work on mine.Very disrespectful!!!!!"

"I recently ordered Uthappam from Spice Venue along with other dishes. I have been ordering from this restaurant out of necessity, as there are not many options for Indian food nearby. While I do acknowledge that they have a few good items on their menu, I have noticed inconsistencies in their preparation. However, today I received a dosa instead of the Uthappam that I ordered. When I called to address the issue, a person named Bharani was rude and unapologetic, stating that this is how their chef prepares it and if I don't like it, I should stop ordering from them. This lack of consideration for the customer speaks volumes about the restaurant. This is not the first time they have made mistakes with my order, but today I felt the need to speak up. The attitude of the restaurant is disgusting, as they seem to care very little about the customer experience. I have always been patient due to the pandemic, but today I had enough. I had to confront them about their dishonesty and ask them to stop misleading customers with false information."

It is a post to make people aware of what to expect incase they place order through an app in the restaurant I have been a loyal customer to the place i think for close to 9 years My favorite dish pizza best in the area) I decided to do a take out order through an app. When going to pick the food i changed my mind and wanted to sit and eat as the restaurant was empty and looked calm. But to my surprise i came to know that i cannot order food through an app and decide to eat at the restaurant. I am allowed to order food on the phone as take out and decide to sit am, but not through the app. The reason for such a decision by the restaurant/ business is because they dont make enough money through the app so the customer cannot sit and eat if food ordered through the app At the end of the day i totally agree it is upto the business to decide on their services to customers. I was just disappointed and wanted to share my experience so that fellow customers know what to expect. I wish i knew this before placing the order so that i could have placed order on the phone and would have eaten peacefully at the restaurant or i wish the restaurant was not listed on the app so that the only way was for me to call the restaurant and place order. I love the place for the pizza so i will continue to be a customer but will be cautious and plan better as i know what to expect if i order through the app"

"Ok, this was my first time trying Indian cuisine. I've heard about the abundance of spices and that the taste can be astounding. I also went with a friend that has eaten Indian food before so was trying a different place. Chicken Biryani (Boneless) is what I had. The portion was enough to eat three meals. I asked for medium on the spiciness and was PERFECT for my liking. The rice and vegetables mixed with these perfectly grilled chicken made a believer out of me and will be back. My friend had the Butter Chicken and thought Persis's version was better than the place she was going!!! Service was swift and were checked on consistently."

"Ordered Masala Dosa and idly vada. Dosa was good. But idli looks atleast a day old. Insisted if not fresh Idli I can take something else but response was made 2 hours ago so having to microwave. Didn’t seem like that check picture. Note: idli is mostly suggested to be eaten if not wanted to eat oily. Most of the restaurants around do the same stuff. "My colleagues and I had reservations at 12 noon and was seated promptly. Since Burmese restaurant are rear in the area, we were really looking forward to this experience. While we weren't in a hurry, the restaurant was. Drinks were ordered and they pushed to have a food order at the same time. We choose to wait to order the food until the drinks were brought to us. We ordered the Burmese style beef and goat stew as well as the Moh Hin Ga (Fish Noodle Soup). While the sauces of the meat stews were nice, it wasn't spectacular! The stew meats were definitely not tender. If you enjoy tough meat, then these dishes are for you. Additionally, the Moh Hin Ga was lacking in flavor and in my colleagues words: "would not order it again". Also, soft drinks and iced tea and refilled complimentary. Given the rush and the below average experience, will not be going back. Given there their great Yelp ratings, there seems to be a lot of patrons that like it. Maybe we just attended them on a bad day or the normal Chef was not present that day..."
