"Order never arrived on time, no matter how much earlier it was ordered. I literally ordered before 1 hour and after reaching the place at the pick up time, they made me wait for 15 more minutes to give my food. This is ridiculous and you guys definitely have to work on this. People order in advance to cut the wait time and what’s the point of ordering them before? Do you really care of your customers time? If so please respect it and work on your time management. It happened to me several times and each time I have to make sure I have my order ready reaching there.. this means you guys only start working on the order after someone reaches the place?Note: restaurant is not busy at all for dine ins to assume it took them a while to work on mine.Very disrespectful!!!!!"

We went from Raleigh to stay in Charlotte for the weekend, we were welcomed with great food, nice ambience and friendly staff. The old fashioned smoked drink was a special one. Thanks Briyani Pot!

No friendly service, everyone is with serious face. Biryani needs improvement, it’s like plain rice with well cooked chicken. Talapakattu biryani is ok. Curry leaves chicken is also not good. Only good thing is raita

another great food for my life's birthday. best eating, friendly staff and never had more than a few minutes waiting for my order. it is not the nearest Indian restaurant from our house, but it is worth the trip. also love the new facility. just another way to enjoy this wonderful restaurant!

I was here last night. I tried the pompano grilled fish and it's amazing. 10/10 for the fish! the guntur chicken suckers are really good. it has good taste and spicy too? I would recommend trying the hyderabad chicken dum biryani. cocktails are amazing. great service and great food overall. Come back!

Decent Indian cuisine, atmosphere is unique with interesting lighting and now a bar area, BUT service is extremely slow and this ruins a restaurant. Our server even forgot an entire dish completely and it took a long time to get the food corrected. Below average experience at best. Main take away: service needs much improvement. View menu

we went to dinner on a Tuesday night. they were very understated. even though we got the table right away, it was long waiting for food. they had commanded so many and limited staff. the eating was good, we liked their noodles, chicken food etc. our server was really friendly and offered us free dessert for the waiting period. Despite the first waiting period we had good time with a large group in the restaurant.

I read reviews after our visit about the personal. we have nothing negative to say that they have worked hard and, as we all know, it is currently difficult to fully maintain every business in these days. the representation of the Indian spicy was great. great efforts from the front welcomes us, the bar that makes our drinks, in the kitchen we blessing with their cooking qualities.
