"We started our meal with some croquettes recommended by our waitress. They were perfectly crispy on the outside and oozing with melted cheese inside—absolutely delicious. The small dollop of avocado puree on top enhanced their salty goodness.
Next, we enjoyed our appetizers: tuna crudo and crab cake. The crab cake was wrapped in crispy potato strands and was among the best I've tasted. The tuna crudo was good as well, though I wished the fish had been cut thinner.
For our main dishes, we shared pork chops and halibut. Both dishes were beautifully presented, and the sauces were expertly balanced, complementing the flavors and textures of the meats. The halibut was velvety smooth with delightful crispy edges; however, it had a slightly fishy smell that made it less enjoyable. In contrast, the pork chops were outstanding in every regard.
As for the service, the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring our plates were promptly cleared. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience!"
