"Food was good but wouldn’t say it was all great. It’s worth trying in nyc though. I would have given it a 4 for the food and atmosphere (our waiter was also great), but when we arrived we had a strange and frustrating interaction. We arrived 11 minutes after our reservation and there was someone in front of us in line. She had no reservation and was talking about options with the hostess for indoor/outdoor and with a child. They talked for 6 minutes while we waited. When it was our time we were told “we hold tables for 15 minutes and you weren’t here so it’s been given away.” But we had been there well before 15 minutes. I completely respect having a policy on reservations but we were there within the time. It was also handled a bit rude. We almost left but the rest of the staff turned around our experience"

Food was scrumptious! Staff was friendly, welcoming and professional. Nice clean location. It’s nice to see the staff not only took pride in their jobs, but they went above and beyond to ensure the customers needs were met. I highly recommend!

Small, cozy neighborhood restaurant tuck away in Little Italy. We ordered the spaghetti, bucatini, crispy potatoes, and tagliatelle. For desserts we got the Olive Oil Cake. They were all very tasty but my favorite was the spaghetti. Don’t get it if you don’t like Garlic

Came here for Brunch and it was good! The location is plenty big for parties although service was slow, waited about an hour and a half for entrees to come out. We were given a complimentary salad to alleviate some of the wait time. Drinks were tasty but limited number of speciality cocktails. Service was very nice and attentive, overall a good restaurant but was expecting a bit more after the countless referrals I’ve gotten!

I am quite a foodie. The al dente pasta were delicious. As excellent quality and taste as you can find in top restaurant in Italy. The dessert, olive oild cake, was delicious too. I tend to love chocolate desserts but this one showed me that some desserts without any chocalate can be as good. I would say L'Artusi is one of my top 10 favourite restautant in the world. So good that I am going back this week before to travel back to London

I wanted to write that I didn’t believe the hype, but unfortunately… it was delicious. The bucatini and spaghetti are my favorites. The olive oil cake is a must. I tried the cheesecake and it wasn’t bad, but way too many flavors going on one plate. It’s definitely not an every day meal. Nice for marking special occasions or as a treat. Besides, you’ll have to stalk their Resy to snag a reservation. Even though it’s yummy, I would not want to eat in their outdoor area best to enjoy indoors. View menu

We came here for brunch as a party of 4 and this place got packed very quickly. Make reservations! Service was great and our server was really friendly and accommodating. She gave us good recommendations for brunch and answered any questions we had. This place is known for their pastas especially the cacio pepe. However, I don’t think this is a brunch spot to go to unless you are very hungry. This looks to be a better dinner spot with a dinner heavy menu. The menu felt like it was more of on the dinner forward side than the traditional brunch side.

we were for a special evening dinner with my family, came from the world and Australians. we were sitting upstairs, but I asked if we could move down, what they could take. the service was a little slow to start, but our waitress looked at us well. we had the carpaccio, mushrooms and focaccia that were all in order, but something was missing. the focaccia was very heavy and we all said we were better. we ordered 4 different pastas, again we all had better. we asked for a black pfeffer by a waiter who scrubbed his shoulders very rudely when he held something and said what they expect me to do in an angry ton. not as I would expect to be treated in any restaurant. they were from the olive cake...

"We went to Bread N Wine on a early Saturday afternoon for brunch. We were greeted and seated by the servers who were attentive. The food was okay the bread was really soft and fresh. My partner got the French Lentil Soup, Spinach and Tomato Egg Bake andI got the French onion soup, egg omelette with spicy tomato avocado and onions. I wasn 't happy with my omelette because thespicy just meant it was covered in hot sauce within. For beverages, we got chai lattes (we later found out it wasn 't tea basedbut rather coffee) and we had the option of oat milk, almond milk or regular milk. In terms of our overall experience we feltby the end too many things were steering the experience south; the worst was when we were accused of using counterfeit money topay for the tip. There was no special marker used to prove that the money was counterfeit or technology to back up this claim. That experience alone left a bad taste in our mouth as we left embarrassed by that claim, kind of shook from that, we stilladded the tip to our credit card 18%. As we walked out and talked about how weird that was, the owner of the business nextdoor overheard us and asked to see the $20 bill he showed us that our money was real and validated what we knew, that themoney wasn 't counterfeit. When we went back into Bread N Wine to discuss this there was no apology, just well, it felt thatway , shrug. It left a terrible feeling. We would not go back after that, this is not how you treat customers from start tofinish, hence the 2 star review."
