"If you want to read this review, please read the whole, you will understand why I decided not to leave a star review, rather a 4. Let's say the breakfast was a nightmare... And most of the Eijoch ended on my belt and shirt. The lady who took my order didn't know how to change it to another bread (is like I first with half a breakfast sandwich to which I ordered a full). The second return, I informed the Lord who made the orders that I was missing in the second half... I reminded him what the order was. Instead of making a new order, he made the other half. I felt the weight of the bag, I went back. While I went through the complex on the way to the light, I dug into the long awaited joy, I noticed that there was no cheese (although this IS did not return what most people would return, but that began to annoy). When I returned for the second time to bear the surprise, I mentioned that my order was missing the cheese. I just wanted to throw a piece in my pocket. When I was on my way to the light for the third time, I dug into the new hot 2nd half when I felt a CRUNCH (mind you, that was a sausage and cheese on sourdough... There should be NO CRUNCH next to bread). To my surprise I got a jerk like sausage, as if it were left for a week. Now I'm pretty upset... I spent almost 30 minutes to get a decent breakfast for almost 9 dollars and must now return three times. I have the managers for the second time attention, now she makes the sandwich new while she apologises and offers me to reimburse all my costs (to whom I refused... I'm never one who wants everything for free, just want to correct it if possible. Remember how often most of us never return when our drive thru orders are wrong because we are far away, or have a goal we have assumed to be 10 minutes ago). Since I was really late at work now, I had to contact my manager to let them know about my Tarty. She didn't know Panera made breakfast, so I ordered her what she wanted.... To my shame, it was $13 sandwich... I withdraw my card to buy this cruelty to keep my delay, the manager who ordered my order went away, the receipt in her hand, but my petition to pay was quickly smashed with her answer, It is the least we can do! I would add a half star to the 4 if possible because the managers try to correct my terrible experience. It's such a customer service that fixes such a morning. Look, I feel badly through my dissatisfaction, how my breakfast was created and how I felt it was time to get up while the world is burning around us and 10 million in the third world hunger every month, but I can back into my car with a functional AC here in AZ (which is more that most of us deserve) and eat my sandwich that was wrong, but would fill my belly. Thank you Panera for your customer service, but remember my cup, which is overrun by the grace of Christ Jesus."

"I ordered $40 breakfast, which corresponds to four sandwiches, but the lower line. I asked for extra avocado and two sandwiches, and instead of cutting the avocado, I got two big keiles on each sandwich, not even the whole sandwich, which I don't understand, paid an astronomical amount for the sandwich, it was nine dollar plus $1.39 extra for the extra avocado, which turns out to be wedge, remember that is a brot with avocado no meat otherwise nothing. I mean, I'm paying good money that I expect I'm getting decent food, especially for the price I pay. I'm just writing this now because it happened to me several times. I am disabled and I am very limited to the choices to what I can eat, and I like panera, but they must begin to make the sandwiches (right) better or make them cheaper, so on this wise, at least they pay for. it seems that the food components are becoming smaller and smaller and prices are higher and higher. Now I know we see inflation. what the companies do now is to use only the consumer to help their food costs. the local panera comes with a good number of manager getting their bonuses staff get nothing as usual, and I know everything because I was in the food industry. after that I went into the retail trade, so they trust me, I know what I'm talking about and I know what I'm telling them all. next time I order panera, I will certainly make photos to show them exactly what I'm talking about. unfortunately I forgot to take them. parking: parking space!"
