"Not a happy customer after this visit. Instead of telling us there were issues with their system we waited for 30 minutes to get our order. The store was not that busy, but other customers came in, ordered, recurved their food and we continued to wait. One customer finally walked up and requested a refund because it was taking too long. After giving the staff our receipt they made our food. The spicy take sandwich was my order and it was terrible!! The picture looks great, but what I received was less than acceptable. If we weren't on the interstate already, I would have turned around and asked for a refund. I ordered the whole version for $11, the chicken was so thin and small it didn't cover the bun. The chicken was dried out, there was little to no sauce or flavor. The worst chicken sandwich I've had in years. The rest of the food was as expected from a Panera. The exterior of the building has trash around it, napkins, food on the ground, empty plastic cups, etc... The bathrooms were also dirty and didn't appear to have been cleaned in a while. The staff were nice and friendly, but it was clear they were struggling with a few issues."

The food is quite good, and the drink selection is nice as well. It could be a bit cleaner, but overall, it’s a great place to bring your children, and the staff is friendly.

This restaurant exceeded my expectations by a long stretch. The bread was incredibly fresh and soft. The kitchen sink cookies were delightful. The sandwiches were freshly made and served hot. Be sure to download their app for a sweet reward. I definitely plan to return!

Its obvious there is a lack of training. The food was cold and my salad lacked dressing. Definitely not what I have come to expect at Panera. The staff seems in over their heads. I hope they can get some training. They seemed to be good people who work together. The tables and floors were also dirty.

We were really surprised and wondering if they want to see customers in or not... We came to dinner at 7.. we could not see anyone who welcomes us or serve us. I placed an order through the app for pick-up while we were traveling during the holiday. The app functioned flawlessly, just as it always does. An employee even greeted us upon arrival to let us know they had just received our order and were busy preparing it. I was very pleased with the service; it was excellent customer service. Well done!

I normally don't have issues with Panera however today I had some issues with my order, my sandwich specifically. I decided to try the grill cheese sandwich with my cheddar broccoli soup (pick 2) today. I did curbside pick up with this order and the order was ready when I arrived to the store. My cheddar broccoli soup was delicious as usual however my grill cheese sandwich was terrible!! It wasn't even toasted. Could not eat past 1 bite. Very disappointed

I wasn't a huge fan. I got soup and the bread bowl thing. The bread tasted like regular bread, and it might've been. I was expecting a more flavorful herb thing. It was hard also and tough to chew. The inside was soft of course. The tomato soup wasn't the best I had. I liked the tomato bisque from the can better. The butternut squash soup was really good though. A bit on the pricey side. Literally the worst Panera I have been to. First of all, the workers definitely did not want to work there and the service was mediocre. Asked for salad without chicken and they included chicken. Maybe not that bad, you may think. But virtually every single order was wrong. The wrong salad (my mom), wrong bagel, rock solid bread. What’s worse is that the three customers before us also had their orders wrong, asked for a remake, and it was still wrong. ALSO the order took forever, the tables were filthy, and the bathrooms were unacceptable. Absolutely terrible. The reason for two stars is because at least the pastries were decent.

Panera bread has good food but I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with my order. I decided on the pick 2. I got the turkey chili and green goodness salad. The portions are soooo small it’s a rip off. The total was $14.99!!! I have all of three pieces of meat in my little side salad portion salad! I can almost deal with the little cup of chili but no, it’s too small for the price! To top it all off I asked for extra dressing for the salad and they didn’t even fill either of the cups up half way!
