"When she finally returned to take our drink orders, she seemed annoyed and was not very friendly. Our drinks took quite a while to arrive, in fact, our food came before them. When the food did arrive, my dad’s $60 medium-rare steak was well done. The waitress also forgot to get our salads and side dishes, and when we inquired about them, she admitted that she had given our order to another table and said it would take longer because another party that came in after us had just placed their order. I found it unacceptable that the kitchen couldn’t manage to bring out our side salad and two vegetable dishes, especially since it was their mistake.
Then the waitress went missing again for another 30 to 40 minutes, leaving us without drinks or water once more. At this point, we were all just ready for the bill. I got up to use the restroom and passed by the event space where all the waitresses were sitting at a table on their phones, completely ignoring the customers in the restaurant. To spend over $400 on a special occasion dinner and receive such terrible service was a huge disappointment compared to the wonderful experiences I've had in the past."
