"We decided to try this place, as we were in the area and looking for a beverage and a bite. The atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant, and the service was good.Menus are still QR code-only, which is meh. We went with an order of Brussels sprouts, which were acceptably tasty, but honestly, among the oiliest I’ve ever had. I don’t feel that the prices match the quality of the food. A side of French fries is $12!If you’re in the area, I’d recommend, but I wouldn’t go out of my way."

The manager Taylor was amazing. She had amazing customer service and was so sweet, came by to check on us. Food was AWESOME! My server Hannah was so sweet and I want her again! I had a great time at Wheat Water and will go back due to these 2 ladies!

We arrived at 8:25, their kitchen closes at 9, manager / chef not sure who he came very rude and launish and refused to serve us a meal, told us he could only do us beer like us a favor, claiming it was a slow day and seemed like he was ready to go home.

Hamida is amazing!! The food was good but the DRINKS! Hamida is so talented and really took care of us tonight! Despite having a full bar, she showed every person sitting there the same attention and positivity. It quickly became clear, that’s just who she is! I work across the street from this wonderful establishment. I'm sitting at the bar enjoying a glass of red blend. I wanted the happy hour, unfortunately they don't have it on Fridays; however, I ordered their mandarin orange salad and chicken wings... not having much carbs today. The salad is amazing!!! The wings are delicious!!! I want to try their pizza sometime soon. Staff is wonderful and the environment is great!

Lunch on a Sunday was truly delightful! The Caesar salad with fried chicken was a perfect 10/10, and the pulled pork sandwich with pineapple jalapeño BBQ sauce also earned a 10/10. The dessert, called Desert Rose, was another 10/10. I also enjoyed the Lavender Mule with tequila, giving it a solid 10/10 as well. The customer service was fantastic, rating a 10/10 too. I will definitely return on my next visit to San Diego!
