"The fish special was Amberjack served with asparagus and a hash cake. The fish was outstanding and perfectly cooked. However, the potato hash cake was not a cake at all; it was an overcooked sauté that had a strange, gummy texture and lacked crispness, which made it unappealing. There also seemed to be a lack of management present on the floor. One of the fine dining waitstaff was well-dressed in a shirt and tie, while the other appeared less professional in a faded band T-shirt. Our server was so busy that she neglected to clear our finished plates, even when she was lingering around asking if we needed anything. The Franklin has definitely seen better days! For the price, there are far better options in the area."
