"The service was reasonably quick for a slow day. The food tasted good, but it was a bit too salty. The fried calamari and sauce were fresh, but there was quite a bit of oil—it could have benefited from a quick spin in an air fryer to reduce some of that grease. The bread and butter were truly addictive. I encountered some issues when trying to pay with a gift card and a holiday bonus card. It's important to inform the server to use the bonus card first, as they didn’t seem well-informed about that process. On a positive note, the restroom was well-stocked with paper towels, which was nice to see."

"Took my mom and wife here for lunch on a Saturday. We were surprised that the wait was only 15 minutes (compared to hours in Toronto . Our go to dish is the Sheila’s salad (avocado salad with chicken and Korean style baked cauliflower. We also ordered tuna nacho chips as well but was a bit disappointed about how little tuna was included in the nachos. Overall we really like this place as the dishes were super consistent between locations (Toronto, Buffalo, Las Vegas, and now Seattle . We didn’t get any cheesecake this time as we were quite full but sometime we just stop here for dessert . Also the servers here are always very tentative and helpful!"

"This was my second visit to this restaurant in about 14 years, and my first time at this location. It was fantastic! The customer service was exceptional; my server, Megan R., was outstanding. She was very knowledgeable and recommended the most amazing drink. The food was delicious—I actually forgot to ask them to leave out the mushrooms, but everything was so tasty that I ended up eating them anyway (it was my first time trying them!). I will definitely be coming back."

"This is the worst Cheesecake Factory ever. The service was absolutely terrible. We waited over 40 minutes for our food. The food came out cold. We never saw our waiter again after he took our order. The food was so dry we had to ask for more sauce but that took another 20 minutes and by that time we were over it. I understand you’re busy and the kitchen is backed up. Maybe you should not take in more customers if you can’t handle the ones sitting at a table ordering. I give this location a absolute zero."

"One of my favorite restaurants, The Cheesecake Factory, offers a vast selection of food and drink options, and the service has consistently been excellent. During my recent visit, we ordered the grilled chicken and avocado club, fish tacos, and a slice of the classic Basque cheesecake, which is a wonderfully creamy and delicious burnt-top cheesecake. The portion sizes here are quite generous, making it easy to share main courses with family and friends. The only drawback is that this location tends to get very busy during peak hours, with wait times sometimes extending up to an hour. For instance, we arrived around 1 PM and had a 20-minute wait, but on previous visits at 4 PM, it took an hour to be seated. I believe the wait is worth it, and I understand that The Cheesecake Factory now accepts online reservations, which is a good option if you'd like to avoid waiting. Fortunately, they send you a notification on your phone when your table is ready, and you’re treated to a complimentary serving of brown and white bread with butter as you await your meal. I also highly recommend trying their Impossible Burger, a fantastic vegan option that tastes amazing. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for its excellent service, pleasant atmosphere, and delicious food."

"We went to the Haywood Mall location on 2/18/2023. I had made a reservation WEEKS in advance for a table 5 p.m. , so be mindful that if your planning on wanting to enjoy a dinner here on the weekends. It books up fast!!!! Wait time, without a reservation on this particular Saturday, was up to 2 2 ½ hours. We did have to wait 15 minutes for our reserved table. We were seated had placed our drink/appetizers/entrées orders by 5:23 p.m. PLACE WAS PACKED! To go orders were lining up along with the in house orders. We waited 20 minutes for our appetizers. Then another 15 for our entrées to be brought to the table. Food was AMAZING as expected. Large portions. Could definitely be split with someone else, for me, that is. Others enjoy the large portions. I have zero complaints about our visit. It was one of the best Saturday evenings out I've had in a while! Once the meals were out the way, it was time for the most important part of the evening..... CHEESECAKE They have SOOOOOO many options. Everything looked so delicious, it was honestly hard for me to decide because I do not discriminate when it comes to cheesecake flavors. The Oreo Extreme, Key Lime Pie, Red Velvet, Chocolate Mousse Cheesecake, Fresh Strawberry, Mango Key Lime Pie, Dulce De Leche Caramel Cheesecake MANY more. It took me the 24 minutes of standing in line to order, just to decide on what I was bringing home. I waited 13 minutes after ordering, to receive my ever so perfect Chocolate Mousse Cheesecake Oreo Dream Extreme Cheesecake. Ever bit of deliciousness I saw with my eyes, my taste buds got to enjoy as well. Everything was worth the time money spent! I will be returning for my birthday this year, even tho this location isn't involved with the birthday rewards program. 10 out of 10"

"I'll give these 5 stars because of their desserts. We often had their cheesecake and the piece of chocolate cake. Everything's devine! They offer many flavor options for cheesecakes and they even have no sugar additive option, although it is for simple cheesecakes (with or without sauce topping). "Lack Luster . I've been coming here for years , since it first opened up over 10 years ago on Long island ! Back then , servings were HUGE , staff was INCREDIBLY attentive , and overall your experience felt very high class . Now it just feels like any other chain . It's quite sad . It took an entire hour to get our entrees. And mind you it was a Sunday evening , very slow night . Overall , I find they need to step up their game . They've become just like an Olive garden , which to me is a downgrade . Probably won't be coming back unless it's for cheesecake . sorry but I was very disappointed. "I use to love Cheesecake Factory and the large variety they offer. I will No longer go to Cheesecake Factory and I 100% don?t recommend. #1 Ordered Crispy Shrimp with Pineapple (recommended by waitress) She comes back and says they are unable to make b/c they do not have a grill chef. So confused Ordered a grilled cheese for my son and she comes back and she says they cannot make it b/c the person is over hours who can make that. confused! This is bread and cheese people!! That should have been my red flag to leave. #2. The food is made and taste horribly. The quality of meat is poor. I?m sure it?s either old or cheap cuts of meat and they are hoping ppl don?t know the cuts of meat. Ordered Thai chicken lettuce wraps, you get 6 small strips of chicken with tons and tons of lettuce wraps confused and the best part is the chicken is burnt or a crisp. See picture. Lettuce wraps to me come with a small bowl of cut up chicken and a spoon to make them. Ordered a ribeye, medium rare. It was pink in the inside so possibly cooked right BUT it was tough, dry, seasoned with 1lb of pepper. See picture, this is 100% not rib-eye. Also ordered shrimp scampi and then we gave up. The food here is horrible, I understand we are short on staff but staff should be cross trained and trained by people who know how to cook the dishes. The main dishes here are $23 and up, lettuce wraps $20. There is no way the quality of food should be like this. It?s the worst food I?ve had at a restaurant by far."

"After reading the reviews about the same thing on repeat along with the manager replying with the same answer as follows: Sorry for the disappointing experience, we will talk to the staff and improve communication that clearly isn't happening on any level. Honestly it's so sad that something so small can't get attention to be resolved and be able to improve business/customer service. Unfortunately I cannot leave less than a one star. Decided to go out for dinner checked in was told the wait was 30-40 we agreed to wait. After 30mins we started noticing people after us with large parties 6+ down to couples being seated, I went up to talk to the gal at the counter and got a bunch of excuses, the lady said well for some reason your name/number didn't register but it didn't take you off the list. I saw this and wasn't sure what happen...(so it didn't cross your mind to fix the issue? Just wait until someone comes up to question the wait? That's wild) So it's going to be another 20mins, we are quoting people 30-40mins. I fully understand what you are quoting people but all these people have come in after us and we are still standing here, not one single person left in this room came in before us. Just received more excuses!!! So my BF went up and talk to them to receive more excuses. She told him I am going down the list and you are next. She said at anytime you guys could have sat at the center section of the bar. As he replied at what moment was anybody going to mention that? From the time we checked in to going up to the front desk not once did anyone tell us that we could self seat in the middle. Right after he walked back over a couple was called back that came in much after us. So we walked out this place is an absolute joke and definitely needs to improve on customer service/communication on many levels!"

"The Korean Fried Chicken was quite tasty. It had a nice hard crunch to it along with a very savory sauce. I feel like it just needs more vegetables. Maybe some broccoli or just more in general. There is always honestly more plate than there is food. For $17.99 you would expect more. Also the servers were forgetful and literally never brought me my drink. Other than the fact that I can see quality of Cheesecake Factory slipping, I hope to see them improve not only their service but the quality and quantity of ALL their food that is not on the “Skinnylicious” menu."

"First time trying this location. Upon entering the host were very friendly, our wait was fairly short between 15-20 minutes. Tried their raspberry mixed chilled drink and it was super delicious and proportionate, bar tender was super nice and quick. We ordered their Jamaican black pepper chicken and shrimp which was promoted to be very spicy however it was quite the opposite, it was very sweet, which was a bit disappointing as I’m a fan of spicy. Their chicken carbonara however was extremely delicious! Loved the food and atmosphere as well as the friendly and quick service, totally recommend for a lovely date night."

I have tried fish and chips at many places, and so far, I would rate the Cheesecake Factory a perfect 10 out of 10; it’s the best I’ve had. Although I don’t eat meat, I do enjoy fish and also follow a vegetarian diet. However, I was disappointed during my recent visit when my husband and I wanted to order the mushroom soup, only to find out that it is only served on Tuesdays. I felt this was unfortunate, as I can’t wait until then to enjoy it—it's the best vegetarian soup I've ever had! I would love to see more delicious options like the mushroom soup available on the menu more frequently."

"We made a reservation late and the earliest we can get in on a Friday was 8pm which was expected! We waited about 5 minutes after check in since we were early so it didn't take long to get to our table! Their menu is massive so make sure you look ahead before going because it can get overwhelming! They have food ranging from burgers, pastas, Asian, etc. this was my third time going to a Cheesecake Factory but I was very disappointed! It didn't take long for us to get our appetizer so that was great and the bread was fresh and warm! Unfortunately it took us an hour to get our food because my friend who ordered the Korean Fried Chicken ordered brown rice and they ran out and asked if he was ok with the white rice. I figured they had to switch the rice and it shouldn't take too long but it took 20 minutes later for us to get it. When our food arrived the portions were great but my fiancé was disappointed with the burger. The server didn't ask him how he wanted it done and he figured it would be medium well to well done but it was medium rare. He didn't mind it but if someone didn't like that it would've taken longer to get their burger remade. Desserts: they came out quickly and looked delicious! My friends go the tiramisu and the regular cheesecake! Wish the service was better and faster to make the experience 5/5 but I'll give it a 3/5."

"I was invited to this restaurant based on positive recommendations. Upon entering, the friendly staff greeted our group. Our waitress was well-informed about the menu and specials when we placed our order. We began with calamari as an appetizer. My main course was the shrimp and lobster pasta, and we also ordered a children's pasta. For dessert, we chose bread pudding. The calamari was flavorful with tomato sauce and corn. It was cooked perfectly, tender rather than crunchy. The shrimp and lobster pasta was delicious and offered a good portion for its price. Everything was tender and full of flavor. The children's pasta was appropriately sized for a kid's meal. The bread pudding was a delightful treat with a soft texture. The warm pudding and ice cream on top created a satisfying contrast. This restaurant truly lives up to its reputation. I've already recommended it to others, and I'm eager to return and try more dishes. By the way, the experience was so good that I visited their adjoining bakery, Baked Buns, to bring home more treats!"
