"I am disappointed with my experience at this restaurant, despite its positive reviews on Google Maps. I ordered a mozzarella and basil pizza for takeout, which was a letdown. The basil was burnt, the sauce lacked flavor, and the cheese was not fresh. I also paid extra for garlic on the pizza, but it turned out to be jarred or canned garlic. The garlic knots were ok, but they did not have real garlic on them either. I also ordered clams, but they emitted a strong chemical odor when I opened the container, so I did not attempt to eat them. The Nutella pie for dessert had a crust so hard I could not even bite through it. Overall, I spent nearly $65 on this meal, which I now have to throw away. It was a complete waste of money."

"This is definitely the worst restaurant that I’ve ever been to. The Carbonara was too salty I couldn’t even finish it and I was starving, I’m pretty sure they gave me tap water because the smell of it it’s different compared to mineral water. My husband got a margarita pizza for $20 and he said he never ate anything like that before, the taste was terrible.Service was ok and the restaurant included 20% fee you have no choice to change it. We paid more than $100 for a carbonara, pizza, 2 drinks (marguerita and a mango drink). I’ll definitely never go back to that place ever again. If you are looking for a nice place and good food you should find a different restaurant."

"Have had dinner at Pizaaz twice now and both times we have enjoyed it. We arrived early for our reservation and grabbed a table by the window. It's nice to people watch . The place can get very warm and if you hit the unusual warm day in SF you might find it too warm, which was the case for us. But the food was very tasty. Had to ask for parmesan cheese (which was a little annoying because the place was empty). But all in all a good dinner. Bill for 3 was $116 which included one margharita pizza, chicken dish special, and Fettuccine Alfredo con Pollo. Five glasses of wine."

"We crave a visit to Riva Cucina at least a couple of times each month. The food is always a highlight, and the staff members are incredibly welcoming and friendly. As pescatarians, we particularly enjoy their soups—honestly, I could survive on their soup alone—along with the fresh and vibrant salads and both vegetarian and fish dishes. We often order more than we can eat, knowing we’ll savor the leftovers later in the week. On nice days, the outdoor patio offers a peaceful and beautiful setting, although we do wish they'd make better use of the space heaters scattered around. One more thing to note is that this restaurant is a bit off the beaten path; parking is easy, it’s quiet, and even after years of visiting, it still feels like a hidden gem."

"The food was fine and the prices are fair for the location but the service my friend and I received was abysmal. When we were seated, we were asked what drinks we would like...and that was the last time we received any service unprompted the entire night. Everytime thereafter we had to flag someone down, even just to order any food. You would think us still having our menus out for 25 minutes while the waitstaff walked by would prompt some kind of service. Getting anything"

"Wow, this was an easy 5! Lasagna lived up to its promise housemade from a family recipe (I am so full now ... . Same as the Spaghetti Alla Bolognese, except I really noticed the chewiness of the imported pasta here! Fantastic. Caprese was very fresh and very good cheese was so yummy. And of course I had no room for dessert, so it hurt to gobble up two of the three mini Cannoli Alla Siciliana dipped in rich chocolate sauce (but I did it . No way I could try everything that looked good here in one shot. I will def be back for the pasta carbonara, andouille sausage, and tiramisu. Will repeat and can heartily recommend!"

"We made a reservation at this restaurant for lunch after a business meeting in the area. We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent service and delicious comfort food. We ordered veal scallopini and lobster salad, both of which were fantastic and reasonably priced! For dessert, we enjoyed a unique treat: limoncello ice cream filled with something delightful inside. It was light, not overly sweet, and bursting with flavor. This is a wonderful hidden gem!"

"this hidden gem is located directly opposite the lowdermilk beach park, a perfect location if you want to eat and walk on the beach at sunset either before or after your meal. as they enter through the doors of this classic Italian restaurants, they notice the hand-painted walls and inviting environment of the dining area. our server martin was friendly and attentive to enjoy with our drink order and with warm homemade rolls. as my first cure, I had filled the delicious Tuscan suppe with the same portioning, lenses and vegetables, a pure joy. as my main course I chose the aubergine tower bowl. I have read some positive reviews about the court and not disappointed the reviews. Apart from the tastiness of the court, which I also loved, it was that it was served with not only a part of pasta, but also a meat ball (choice of chicken or bark) a well-balanced meal! I enjoyed the tiramasu that was heavenly. a culinary joy that you should not miss in neapel!"

"PM is one of what I consider "top drawer dining" restaurants. Customer focused staff- courteous and attentive to your needs. Good people skills are evident. The food as always is second to none. My wife and I had a lovely conversation with the manager/co-owner. Our server was a gracious young woman. Our experience at PM today and always was a "reason to come back again" experience."

"Within 10 minutes of getting our food, the waiters snatched our half-finished drinks away and demanded to know if we wanted our food packed up. They continued to loudly interrupt our conversation 7 times throughout our rushed meal to demand to know when they can pack up our food. It was bizarre. We were there for about an hour. The rudeness was intense. They kept dragging tables and chairs around us and told us multiple times they were expecting a group soon. Not sure why that meant they had to disrespect diners that were already there. They could have simply declined our reservation.Parking: Busy street, no parking available."

"This is a Los Angeles staple. There is a wine room that's really cute and then the main dining area. We got the pizza ends. This is the only thing we would pass on next time. They are good little bites to dip the sauce in but the real appetizer that had us were the meatballs. Hands down would get the meatballs again. Savory and delicious. The sauce for the meatballs was nice and hearty versus the pizza end sauce that was creamier. The pizza is phenomenal. Thin (but not watery) and the crust was crispy but soft inside. Asked for a side of tomato sauce to dip the crust in and that's definitely the big brain move. Had the Carmel Copetta and oh my word. Delicious. A peanut butter, marshmallow, ice cream dream. Definitely get! Recommend a reservation as this place gets busy. The service was phenomenal. Not only was our waitress lovely but all the way down the line to the bus boys everyone was so attentive. Hadn't had service like that in a long time. Street parking in the neighborhood just read all the signs to be safe."

"We just held my son's wedding rehearsal dinner here during the Memorial Day weekend and I couldn't be happier with our choice. Coming from out of town you are never quite sure, but everything from the atmosphere to the service was quite perfect. They set us up on the patio under the arbor with twinkle lights and the tables all set lovely for our party of 29. Despite the large party size, the host, Guillermo, was ready before I arrived and helped me select the wines for the party and then proceeded to make our evening perfect with consummate professionalism from beginning to end. The moment anyone asked for anything it was there. He and his team were attentive, the food was delicious and more than plentiful, and everyone had a wonderful time. My half Sicilian husband said it was the best Spaghetti Bolognese he has ever had at a restaurant. But everything on our menu (pizza Margherita, caprese, salad, herb chicken, linguine al pesto, spaghetti Bolognese and bread and butter) was delicious. We will definitely dine here again when we visit SB."

"I came here for dinner on Valentine's Day and couldn't have been happier. Our waiter was very polite and knowledgeable and was a phenomenal contribution to the overall ambiance of the restaurant. The food was excellent and worth the price we ordered the carpaccio, the specialty shrimp pasta offered that day, and a pizza diavolo, and they were all great. I'm no expert in Italian food, but I would happily recommend this restaurant to a friend."

"Bad service, it was booked in advance for a birthday, it was not received like other restaurants, it was never mentioned that it was a special occasion (birthday), not even in the dessert, and the piece of meat like it was in Water thawed, tasteless, uncooked and hard, I don't think we will be back, this is the third time we go and it was very bad, I don't recommend it"

"Wow! What a professionally run establishment! Took MIL there for her 95th with a total group of about 10. Drinks, apps and entrees came to around $800 with tip. Worth every penny. Had a super professional waiter. He has been doing the job for about 62 years! It shows! My MIL was so happy at the authentic Italian food. The owner visited the table a few times and was so welcoming and professional. This was not our first or last visit. We’ve always celebrated family milestones here and will continue to. Best food and service ever! Thank you!"

"Myrtle Tree Garden Cafe Market is a fantastic spot to discover organic and international foods that are not easily found elsewhere with the same level of quality. They offer a variety of interesting and rare soda options. The ambiance is relaxed and inviting, with a spacious dining area that resembles a large indoor terrace complete with a beautiful fountain and lush greenery. The food is fresh, healthy, perfectly portioned, and incredibly delicious. The owners, Mandy and Pinky, are warm and welcoming, always happy to share their knowledge about the delicious cheeses available in the Deli case. I highly recommend trying the Bio Dark roast coffee paired with a paninni - you won't be disappointed."

"We stopped here for dinner while in town for a Padres game. We ordered the Maine Lobster Ravioli, Fettucine Alfredo with Chicken, Linguine Alle Vongole Veraci, and another ravioli dish (don't recall the name). Most of the dishes were excellent, though the clam dish was fairly bland. However, there were only 2 servers for the entire restaurant, so the service significantly declined throughout the meal, with zero table visits after the food was dropped off. We would have ordered dessert but it was never offered to us, so we just paid and left. All in all, the food was mostly great, and on a less busy night, perhaps the experience would be better."

"we were several times and have always enjoyed eating. But this time we ordered the specials that contain truffles. we did not think to ask the price of special (a great lection for me). when the bill arrived, we had added the price of the entrees and $180 for the 2 truffle specialties. so the 2 plates were pasta over $100 per. when I spoke the server about the surprise of the price and asked why he did not mention this price to save any problems, he said that they did not raise the price before the people get angry about the price. I'll let him know I'm angry now that I don't have a choice and I have to pay the overly inflated prices. I could have chosen another dish, enjoyed and was satisfied with our dinner. I will not eat in this facility."
