While food was descent , the service was beyond slow … place wasn’t even that busy. Overall service terrible .. won’t be going back

The service is awful and the place smells like it has backed up toilets. Macaroni Grill was once a great family restaurant. Now, it is to be avoided. I would rather have fast food.

Delicious Big hamburgers and so delicious. Lots of food choices. Their prices are so reasonable. One of the best parts, they serve the best warmed, crispy tortilla chips with Salsa. They are so addicting and yummy. It made for a wonderful experience.

Service was good, despite them being understaffed. Remarkably workers really do seem to be trying.For all Chili's locations: please stop using so much salt on the vegetables. Let the flavors of the food be enhanced or speak for itself, instead of covering up things. Voir le carte

Service was very slow even though the restaurant was less than half full. The spinach artichoke dip was bland and contained almost no artichoke. The entres took forever (nearly an hour) and my steak and potatoes were both cold. The potatoes tasted very good, but the steak lacked flavor. It was very bland. Overall a very disappointing experience.

This was the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. The waitress was inattentive and we waited for almost an hour just to get all of our appetizers. My brother’s food was served fifteen minutes after everyone else’s. The whole process was extremely delayed. We had to prompt her to bring bread and ask for refills. I understand that there is a shortage of staffing right now, but the restaurant was almost empty when we arrived and tables all around us seemed to be getting better customer service.

Went last night and it was busy which wasn't a problem since we go to this chili's alot we know how it gets when it's busy. However this time was different. Our server came by three times the whole hour and a half we were there and when she came bye she rolled her eyes while we ordered and seemed like she didn't care. We didn't get silverware except 2 plates with our appetizers and the 2 spoons with our soups which were dirty and we couldn't even find our server to try to get clean items. We had asked a few people to grab our server for us so we could get more of our drinks or if we could get silverware to eat our main meal. But we didn't see her until it was time for the check.
