"I’ll be contacting Corporate on Monday morning about the terrible altitude from the Female Cashier Employee in the drive thru. that refused to tell me what type or what the name of the fish in burrito was on menu. Detail of incident on other review site. Won’t be going their anymore. UPDATE ON CALL TO CORPORATE HQ. I finally had some real good dialogue with Mr. Alvaro Uriel Davila about the personnel working at the Cypress, Ca location. The call was lengthy and positive and he agreed that CUSTOMER SERVICE is the most important ingredient in the business. My comments will be shared in depth with his counterpart that manages the other locations so that the customers can come in to any location and be greeted , be knowledgeable about the products and treated with respect."

Best Mexican food drive through place. Bean and cheese and rolled tacos are the best.

Albertaco's never disappoints! The 3 rolled tacos are so good. My husband loves their chicken burritos, too!

Rice and beans were okay, beef burritos had way too many veggies and simply did not taste good. Chips and salsa were okay.

Nothing worse than 2 cold tacos for 15.00 and that crazy chick at the window well she needs a torta... Save your time and money and get some real Mexican food View menu

I've been here multiple times since it's an outside restaurant it's very dependent on the atmosphere around it. It's fairly busy so the outside is ok but the food is great!

Went thru the drive thru. Missed 2 out of the 5 items we ordered. Went to the walk up to get those items. 1 of them was the incorrect item. Normally a great service place. Glad to see the raise we gave them is working out

Better than most sit-down Mexican restaurants.Great value, great tasting food and super friendly service.Super size portions, hot and tasty!I have been several times lately and really enjoy it! I'll keep coming back.Value example:3 adults get stuffed with tasty food for $30!That's better than even McDonald's, Wendy's or any other place, including El Pollo Loco!!! View menu

Very bad service from the cashier, long blonde hair, she took the order from us to count how many Avia sauces were in the bag, otherwise we had to pay, she told us there were 2 per burrito, we ordered 3, he only gave us 2 sauces, he didn't even say thank you in the bag, he just opened the window. and the burritos were very cold and the tortilla was not even heated

Love the food here. Our go to spot for breakfast burritos, super fries and super nachos. The fish burrito and carne asada burrito are also on point. Love the 2 lane drive thru with each having their own windows for payment and pick up. Definitely recommend if youre having late night cravings for Mexican food. Vegetarian options: No specific vegetarian section. You kind of just gotta modify each dish so they don't contain any meat. Like the breakfast burrito we get with no bacon. The super fries with no meat. And super nachos with no meat.

"Our first visit to the restaurant last night came highly recommended, thanks to a friend's glowing review of their vegan menu. We were pretty excited and ordered two vegan meatball subs. The trouble began when we waited for nearly 25 minutes after placing our order. Our server, a guy named Ryan (I think), came over and told us they were all out of vegan meatballs. Naturally, we asked why it took so long for them to figure this out, which seemed to fluster poor Ryan a bit. However, he was polite throughout the conversation. We decided to switch our order to one regular meatball sub and a vegan eggplant sub, thinking all was well. But, surprise, surprise, Ryan returned a few minutes later to tell us they were also out of eggplant. At this point, we had been waiting for almost 40 minutes with no food in sight, so we asked for the check to pay for the soda my husband had been nursing. Here's why the whole experience left a sour taste in our mouths: 1. Why in the world didn't the waitstaff know about these shortages in advance? It seems like basic communication within the restaurant was seriously lacking. Customers shouldn't be left hanging, wondering if they'll actually get what they ordered. 2. It's kind of baffling that Ryan was left to break the bad news not just once, but twice. You'd think the manager, who we saw chatting with other diners just a few feet away, would have taken the initiative to come over and speak to us directly. 3. I was made to feel like I should be really grateful they decided not to charge us for the Diet Coke my husband drank. Overall it was a terrible experience and no effort was made to rectify what happened. I obviously cannot comment on the food since we never recieved any. As for customer service...HORRIBLE!"
