"I've never felt so unwelcome in a restaurant before. While the food itself was decent, the overall atmosphere suggested they didn't want us there. Customer service was quite poor. Initially, we ordered our food to go but decided to eat in the restaurant once we arrived. When we asked if we could dine in, they said yes, but after sitting down, we had to repeatedly ask for water, plates, utensils, and lime. When they finally brought us the limes, they only provided a single tiny wedge to share between two people. We also received only one soup bowl, and the spoons for the soup were very flat. The woman at the front counter with red hair seemed irritated by every request we made, and her overall demeanor was quite unfriendly. Is it too much to ask for the basics when dining in? I initially rated this place five stars, but due to the service issues, that rating has dropped significantly. This experience was the worst we've had here, and we won't be returning."

I give Chicken Pillow Thai 4 stars. I've visited many Thai restaurants in the area, but I haven't found one as good as the Thai Hut. I highly recommend it!

I've enjoyed everything I've ordered from this restaurant. My current favorites are the Garlic and Black Pepper Chicken, garlic rice, and Beef Pad See Ew. Everything is always fresh and outstanding!

The dining experience here is truly authentic Thai. The staff are incredibly friendly, and enjoying a bottle of Thai beer alongside a delicious meal makes it even better. The journey to get here is definitely worth it!

Pretty disgruntled with this place. The food is actually very, very good but there service and communication is down right horrible. I've eaten here many times and I have to say the food is authentic but the rub is they front update or respond to things. I checked to see if the business is open, vie the website. Proced to order vie there online ordering system. Have multiple emails stating did order was received and processed and ready. When I drove trip the business what do I come to see?
